Woohoo, I won :D .

This really was a great game. Too bad I already died Night 2, but it still was a joy to read and the roles were fantastic.

If Jesus had targeted Willow on the first night she located Smiths, would she have been able to find one? all?

And who was the original Smith, and what roles did the others have before being Smithified? (Presumably, Buffy was the first victim. When were the others?)

Jesus empowering Willow trying to locate someone would allow her to locate an extra person -- ie, she could pinpoint up to two smiths. Basically, the empowerment expanded the target selection of things.

The original Agent Smith was Quagmire. He got mathcam (Buffy), LeChuck (massive), Dourgrim (Andrew of the Trio), Quailman (Spike), Sugar (The Gray King, who in the meantime has risen as a vampire) and Wacky (Manuel Calavera, though at the time he was already a minion of Dracula).

Did anybody else attempt to kill Leonidas? I did. I figured he was the head Smith at one point. Basically it seemed to me that all the Smiths needed to do to win was clone every night. As long as none were killed at night they could safely allow one of their own to be lynched every day. Er go, they could reveal one of their own every day. So I figured Leonidas was actually Smith trying to ingratiate himself with the town. Luckily he was protected when I tried to kill him.

At the end I was lying through my teeth. I had no way of locating any non-smith evil, but I figured if a remaining evil thought I could, and thought I wouldn't be protected, he would kill me, since lying low would afford him no advantage. It was basically a way of being sure that no bad-guys were left.

So what if we had ended the game before any win-conditions were met? Would everybody have lost?

Oh yeah, awesome game. It was a lot of fun.

Anyone whose win condition isn't met when the game ends loses. That means if the game was ended on day 1 all the oranges would win, and all the reds and green would lose.

Wow. Great game, possibly the most creative/insane I've ever played. Although I would've liked to have died once, just to see the Kenny death scene and then bask in my glory when I came back to life. But then again, maybe I would've been suspected of being a vampire, so it was probably better that I lived. :)

Oh yeah...Woo! I won! :D

This game was awesome. Thanks.
Ever wonder why that edit button is obnoxiously placed in the center like that? Yeah, that's cause of me.. and trust me, it's better off there.

I loved this game. It was very, very fun to play.
Of course, I had to lie a little bit about some things...check back into early day 2 and some other places.
Overall, I'd play it again if I could...any thoughts on a second MT, Antrax?

Well, it would definitely be less mysterious, as now most of the mechanics would be in the open. However, it's possible to build another game on the same foundations -- multiple characters with varying goals/alignments, multiple forms of attack, powerful abilities that cancel each other out and heavy reliance of information being scarce. I believe mith has expressed an interest in running such a game, back when I posted the signups for this one.

Wow.

I was so sure that Bloojay was evil. I was waiting for the third of the trio to get himself deliberately lynched, and when I didn't see him I started to think that Bloojay was lying.

Do we want to share info and secrets...

I do..

Night 1 Talitha Talitha - Yes
Night 2 Sugar Sugar - Missing
Night 3 massive Massive - Evil but no…
Night 4 Stewie Stewie good, found spike…
Night 5 Mathcam Mathcam - Good, Spike - Yes
Night 6 Sugar Sugar - Yes
Night 7 Leonidas Leonidas - Good
Night 8 Talitha Talitha - Yes
Night 9 Dragonslayer Yes - Professor chaos
Night 10 Gaspode No - Also had chest pains... exorcisim
Night 11 wacky Doesn't answer phone

And I died around here somewhere...

The best bit was when spike tried to attack me - he recognized me and I was able to recruit him...

I recruited Tal first off, which was promising, but then she disapeared. Then I recruited spike who explained his role and told me who he had turned - talitha and sugar.
So we had a perfect combination - spike turned people and then I recruited them (I had to re-recruit talitha tho) so then I had tal, sugar, and spike. I thought I was doing really well, and then spike and sugar got smithed.
At the end my goal was for the smiths to not win, and if i'd been given a chance I was going to release all my info to the town before I died...

Well done Antrax - brilliant game...

Oh - who was shelper and why was he missing?

Indeed he was. He was missing because Willow exorcised him, which killed him and left no body (only a pile of ashes).

Really cool game... It was so much fun I almost didn't mind losing.
I'm also wondering how it would've ended up if I didn't kill Leo... he had all of us totally fooled...
Now if someone could get a message to genku that he finally won a mafia game, he might come back!

Damn Leo. I hate him and his "Get all Smiths" little stupid rally.

We lost a guy because CaptainBlicero died the night we tried to pick him up, and since Leonidas was picking each of us off one by one, we tried to kill him....which just made us fail in the end.

Damn, I'm disappointed I disappeared early in the game. I tried the whole I am a good Darth Vader thingy but it wasn't bought. TBH, i suspected I was evil, but I could very easily have been good, I had no idea. I just kept killing people until I was caught.

Captainblicero was already with me as well. Must you Smiths try and take all of my minions!

What on earth happened on night three (i think) though. From what i was told there were like three vampires all trying to eat the same person?

Yeah, that was quite a coincidence. I had Spike, one of his sirees (I think Sugar?) and you all trying to feed off the same person. Since Dracula has the most finnesse, he was undetected, whereas Spike and Sugar did become aware of each other.

I forgot to add, a small mechanic, because information is so scarce, I gave people information when it made sense -- when they survived an attack, when they failed attacking someone else, etc. However, on some cases, if it made sense, only some of the people involved in incidents were aware of the attack. In any case, at night, people recognise characters (or get a description of them) and not the players.

Stewie Post subject: 882
The reason I think we should waste a kill on you is to see if you are lying or not. If you are, you would die, and if you aren't, nothing would happen and it would be a happy place for town players. I really can't see why you complain, neither do I see why you keep your vote on pb.

sorry, i never thought of proving my role, good idea stewie
i have no evidence on pb's evilnes,s its just a feeling ~shrug~

Stewie, the game could be won the obvious way (Orange surviving, green beating red or red beating green and all non-affiliated red), by being the last theme standing (ie, all players left are from the same theme) or by having all remaining characters of the same group -- vampires, superheroes, etc.
