it was super unfortunate for town that both the vig and the masons were outed by the end of d1, but town still came surprisingly close to winning. props to monkey for calling is out on his cop gambit; while scum were planning it i was pretty confident that town was going to fall for it. and i can really sympathize with you codex, the choice between gutscum and lurker newbie town in lylo is rough! props 2 slandaar for salvaging what i thought was for sure a dead scumteam when he replaced in!

if anyone has any comments on my modding id be happy to hear it. this was my first time and the only obvious mistake i made was sending pms all of the vanilla townies n2. i realized shortly after doing so that if anyone mentioned the pm they would be confirmed town so i sent another wave of pms out threatening modkill if they even mentioned the pm. other than that i think it ran pretty fine? im also still a super big fan of 1 week deadlines.

You wrote my favorite flavor ever, dude, especially in my night pms. I think one week was a little short, maybe ten days would be better. I have no complaints.

Unfortunately, I don't think town ever go into a good rhythm working together. I made a bunch of mistakes, the biggest probably ended up being not calling IS/Slaandar the scumteam in my last post because I doubted myself too much. I wish I'd done better in my first game back but oh well.

Well, for one I sealed the deal on Trollie by fucking up the vote count and later I screwed myself over by thinking Kondi was the cop, clearing people based on it, then becoming massively uncertain when I realized he wasn't. Mostly my mistakes weren't doing better.

@ Kanye - I thought the modding was grand, no issues and the lke and the deadlines I preferred them to the usual two weeks batch of lurking. Everyone posted pretty much daily bar I guess Iknal so that helped.

@ Dann - I thought you played okay mate. You got picked on somewhat day 3 and I wish I defended my town read more then. The fact you were posting loads and without much care in the first few pages made me feel pretty early on you were town. Shame the scummers twisted things about.

Town's biggest problem was the tunnelling of Trollie, inactivity of TVK and my fricking over-analysis. I should have sat back and slowed down during the Trollie lynch. Mind if I'd have been gung ho in lylo we'd have won

also that reminds me, i think that if i had this to do again, i would have put the list of role possibilities in a second post. i made the grave mistake of thinking everyone would read everything and that they would be perfectly visible but that turned out not to be the case. could have made some things a little more clear.

re: daychat. i feel that daychat can be one of the most powerful scum abilities but its 100% up to how the team makes use of it. it was sorely underused until you replaced in slandaar so i could see how you didnt realize you had it.

also thanks again for the clutch replace in slandaar, i was afraid i was going to have to start actively soliciting people for the slot til you saved me <333

I played pretty bad to begin with but I think I played better in the end. I need to learn to be more engaged and less reactionary from the start of the game.

I made a pretty bad slip in the begining with Monkey, although I didn't even realize it was a slip, and the scum took advantage of that. I made a few other mistakes as well, I hope I can learn from them though.

it was mostly self defence, and that I didn't trust your reads. i tend to think anti-tow equals scum, which isn't always the case.

I have a bad habit of looking like scum either way xD. I have a feeling that my utter failure at the beginning kept eyes off my partners though, so whatever. Good game people!
