I actually agree with you that the setup discussion isn't exactly what we need, Empking, but I don't think RF has gone to the level of a vote.

In other words, I agree with Max here.

Seems like you know I'm town. "Handing the scum the game"? That means you know I'm pro-town. If that's true, and I don't know how it would be because I don't have any game to hand the scum anyway, you just helped the scum by pointing it out--unless you are scum, of course, in which case you would have no problem doing so. And it's starting to look like it, seeing as you apparently have some inside information that I don't have access to.

I'm transitioning from the dynamics of a newbie game to a real game (That newbie games apparently give you bad habits seems counter-productive to me, but that's not the point). My intention at the time of posting the questions was to get a discussion going. Apparently it was not a good idea. I had not thought it out very deeply, I just wanted to leave the random vote stage because I'm not good at extrapolating anything useful based on people's private jokes at each other. I've already apologized for the mistake.

They don't teach you in newbie games to ask questions like that to get the game going. They just give you the opportunity to ask if you're confused. I don't know what kind of answer I'm expecting from you to make up for it, as I've realized there isn't really a good way to respond other than apologize. I still don't like what you did, but I'm not going to try to push you to a lynch for that alone.

Embarrassing confession: I copied them from where I had posted them in my newbie thread. Just ctrl+c, ctrl+v, and then a little bit of editing because questions like "How long have you been playing mafia" seemed ridiculous to transfer.
