Since Not Voting was never voted, which may not be directly preventing not voting from being voted, but may be something totally unrelated (so Not voting could still be lynched, if all things were equal), I never actually voted not voting, so all the gold remains true and my logic is utterly defeated.

Taking Tar's comment about UK being player 0 as meaningful, I believe that lynching the mod is a good idea, because I always believe lynching the mod in games where the mod can be lynched is a good idea. Otherwise having the mod as a potential lynch target would be no fun.

Going with the flavor, UK would be the 13th player (player 0) and confirmed town (as she is fully cleared). So you want to lynch confirmed town. It just doesn't make any sense to lynch her.

Wrong. As Tarhalindur has said multiple times on the subject, when a mod is treated as a player in the game, aligning them to either of the main factions is, in effect, a game-breaking move. As such, the only alignment that a mod could possibly be is self-aligned third party. See Mind Screw: Gaiden for what happened when Natirasha tried to go against that and align himself with the town. Needless to say, those involved were rather irritated at him.

No, my views haven't changed. (Though you forgot to mention the possibility of a non-player Mod having an effect on the game, ala Mind Screw II.)

First of all, learn how to recognise if a mod is a player or not. So far, there is nothing that indicates that UK is a player in this game. And if she is, it will be very easy to find out. This discussion is just distracting right now.
