It's been kind of weird from what I've seen out of him before.

ISO 0 - Doesn't matter (Loves GoW)
ISO 1 - OMGUS vote on BC, RV
ISO 2 - RL wagons Karma, no reason
ISO 3 - Doesn't matter (Cute avatar from silverbullet)
ISO 4 - RL wagons CMAR, no reason; points out that he's voted 3 people on the first page.
ISO 5 - Doesn't matter (Something about a concert); Unvotes - apparently the wagon didn't have the merit he said it did.
ISO 6 - Acknowledges that he ignores everyone's first few posts.
ISO 7 - Jokes about "VLA" - Doesn't matter
ISO 8 - Doesn't matter (Superwagon or NitroWagon)
ISO 9 - Says he's going to lurk until someone finds something interesting. Why he can't do something himself is beyond me.
ISO 10 - Doesn't matter (Cute rhyme)
ISO 11 - Doesn't respond to anyone's questions because it's all RVS and apparently, as stated earlier, he ignores everyone's first posts
ISO 12 - States that he is

an active scumhunter, and acknowledges that he is not in this game, and is a lurker.

Half of his posts don't matter at all and are just distractions. The other half is him being inactive and uncaring and ignorant about the game. He expects other people to do the work for him (ISO 9). I have never seen this play out of RC, so

Everyone voting someone for the "making jokes about being scum", why is it scummy? It definitely seems much more of a nulltell to me, especially seeing as we are fresh at the start of the game, people were joking around. If it isn't scummy or you don't see it as really being worthy of a vote, then why are you voting for that?
