Also why is Jarti mirroring Iecerint?

Because I agree. :)

If it's any consolation I think Nacho dodged the discussion that was forming at the time.

To me, it appeared in question. I was led to that conclusion because it seemed like you needed to write up a post to prove its authenticity. Is it real, is it sarcastic I still am not certain. I also asked you if would explain it.
Jarti wrote:If I may ask, what part of TB's thought process are you having trouble following? And once you figure that out, do you agree or disagree? :?:
I don't mind you asking but I do find it interesting that you felt the need to intercede on TB's behalf. As for the questions themselves, for simplicity's sake, yes, I am having trouble. If I wasn't, I wouldn't have asked for an explanation.

No there isn't a better wagon unless you can demonstrate that Kthx is acting in a self-contradictory manner aka Kise.

Unvote, Vote: Kise

Also, V/LA for the weekend. I'll be checking in but don't expect large responses as family eats up all my free time.

Alright then. :idea:

In that: TB feels Kise is complaining about the RVS but doing nothing himself to build conversation and move away from it.

As for me 'interceding on TB's behalf', it was more of gauging whether your questions came from skimming or simple mis-communication issues.

Regardless, I would still like the answer to whether you agree or disagree with the reasoning. :)

Iecerint wrote:I perceived the same thing on KTB's part. He recognizes enough about your vote to call it real, but not enough to recognize why it's real. Not to mention that the rationale for your vote, given that it's real, is pretty self-evident.
This is cute, though a stretch. When does asking if a vote is for reals the same as 'recognizing enough about the vote to call it real'? I saw a vote with no explanation and asked about it.

As for the self evident part, I guess your genius is bigger than mine. I will say after Jarti explained it in p55, I understand the vote now and the reason it's for reals.

On the flip side, not liking RVS isn't scummy so much as a personal preference. Also take into consideration, if Kise was complaining about RVS without doing anything to get us out of it, him doing so has in fact done just that. Pretty crazy eh?

TB: how would a 'speed lynch' give us any information for day 2? Do you really think Kise is scum for not wanting to participate in RVS or do anything to get us out of it? If not, how would a speed lynch of Kise help town?

Kise: are we out of RVS enough for you to feel like you can play? If not, at what point do you think a game has gone from RVS to the next step?

Jarti: what makes me a much better 'wagon' than anyone else?

Magna: Similar question to you as to TB. Do you think Kise is scummy for his actions thus far? Granted, you said nothing about a speed lynch, but I see the Kise wagon building pretty quickly so I thought I'd ask if you are comfortable with his lynch.
If you think I'm scum D1, bet all your money I'm town.

Interesting thing to note is Magna voting for both TB & myself, while offering no opinion on what made him change his trust of TB.

I don't completely agree with speed lynching however.

@IllusionaryMango: Don't get me started on walls of text and quote stripes. It
will not
end well.

But, the short of it is, the harder you make the game to read, the more anti town you're being. Also, walls of text tend to not be as content rich as their proponents would like to think.

@Nacho: Manz, I thought we were gonna be cool together and catch the scums! The last two times we've kinda failed to make good on that promise! This was supposed to be the episode where we totally had a perfect win!

@foobert: Eh, TBM's explaining well 'nuff.

So, amazingly enough, no one has done anything with scummy intent yet. Well, obvious scummy intent. Obviously the scum have posted with scum intent, it's just not clear what it is yet.

K. DTMZ is here now. It's ok everyone.

@Jarti
Why is kthxbye a better wagon then Kise?

EDIT: I rewrote the argument and people beat me to it since it was shown a second time. Deleted it but I'm keeping the quotes to demonstrated how Kise isn't leading by examples.
Kise wrote:I think I have a post restriction.......

Just kidding. So, you all make sure to have the mod PM me when the jokes are over.
Plus it kinda looks weird when right after he jokes about lulzkats and thunderkatz

@Foobert
1. TBM said his vote was serious. :S You had confusion about that?
TBM wrote:The vote is for 100% reals; quite for serious some might say; if that's what your referring to
On the other hand if TBM backtracked on this, I'd start attacking TBM. Yes it's early game, and we are RV/RQS but that kind of attack and backtrack looks highly odd.

2. OOOOOOOOOOOO. SCUMDAR WENT OFF.

This is a very good point. If Jarti can answer on behalf of TBM, that's weird. I'm bumping both players to investigation level.

@UK
OH KRAP I FORGOT YOU WANT CONCISION. Le sigh. I'll start linking more just for you.

@Speedlynch
A speed lynch today is actually helpful under this premise:

Town aren't stupid enough to let one happen

Therefore, it mus be scum driven

We can isolate some/most scum from that wagon analysis

Therefore we should vote speed lynch and do it nao. /joke./seriousness

@How to read the following lists.
I'm trying something new in my recent games. People who'd I kill if I had vig powers are both scummy and anti-town players. People who'd I lynch are only scummy players and are automatically on the shooting list if I don't list them there. People on my investigation list are people that appear town but gut says something is off.

People Who'd I kill this instant.
Kise

People Who'd I lynch.

People Who'd I investigate.
TBM/Jarti

I see a wagon forming on Kise. I see a good reason. I'm
Vote: Kise
. OHMAI DTM IS THE 3rd (I think if I can counts) on the wagon. "red flags for everyone"

Yes I intentionally put Kise on the kill but not lynch list. Not a typo. It's called lack of information.

Meh, don't see it yet. Bear in mind it usually takes something obvious for the first part of Day 1 for me to really start acting. It's hard to explain when things start ticking over.

Where are my questions DTM?

I feel left out :/

Sorry, I've read through this thread, just struggling to find any contribution to add. I've yet to witness any "real" slip-ups. So any suspicions are purely gut related. But pressuring people never could do any harm.

Leaving my vote on Kise.

I don't think it matters who we pressure as long as we pressure someone. As said, no one has done anything scummy or even given me a scummy vibe as of yet. I don't think anyone is the best person to be pressured, so this is my random pressure stage of the game, until I get some better channeling from people. So far you are the only one who has given me any sort of impression, so you are the last person I would want to pressure. (Not saying you have given me a town vibe, as stated I haven't got any real scum vibes, but nor town vibes, but it will be able to see more once more people have actively posted)

So yeah, he isn't deserving of it, but he's been chosen.

No.

This ain't random son.

Also in 72 you admit to just going along with town rather then scum hunting.
