lol. Cases should be posted if you have finished building the case. Why post a small case when you can wait a page or two so you can catch them doing the same thing again adn again and thus have a much more compelling case.

First of all, I agree that a flavor claim might help, since it appears the setup was created after the roles were given. However, it has been reckless to start claiming things when half the town has yet to check in on Day 1. It's exceptionally reckless that some players have already hinted or blatantly described their role. I'm going to comment on the game thus far by picking out what I got from player's posts and commenting as I go.

(At this point, I think that espeo needs to present his case, as his vote lacks substance but he acts like he's so sure. However, I'm getting a lot worse vibes from gandalf. His posts so far are either really bad, or just repeating what somebody had previously said)

Actually, the time where I didn't vote Espeo until after NB did was because my internet freaked out. I was really disappointed when I got it working again and nicol had already voted. Also, PRs are hardly going to be outed by flavor claim. It's Pokemon, any of the characters could easily be a power role.

That's not my claim. I was giving an example of how a flavor claim can lead into a role claim. Gandalf has no way of knowing that a player's flavor won't hint at their powers.

My summary was not terrible. Of course things are going to be lost when I cut a rambling paragraph down to a sentence or two. That's why it's called a damn summary. These are my abridged notes, and if you think I've 'misrepped' you somewhere, you can point it out. I was just giving a quick overview of how the general mood was turning, and my personal thoughts at the time.

@mbf- you cast many players, spefically gandalf in a negative light in your summary. Some things in your summary I do not think is true.

@jim- pardoned, but what's your opinion on the game so far? You are giving out information instead of analyisis. This is a common scum tell from what I know of mafia.

I thought about it, and I wouldn't be suprised if one of the scum would be found in the first few to push for a nameclaim, seeing a how it wouldn't really hurt them. On second thought, I would prefer that nobody else claims their names until I is proven that the town will be helped by such a claim.

I'm suspicious primarily of you and of Espeo right now more on a gut basis than anything, and the two eevee thing makes me think that one of them is lying scum, not sure which. I am refusing to vote until I get another vote count however. I don't see any major scumtells, aside from the possible two eevee thing. And I do think a full nameclaim now will help us, not immediately, but after N1 actions are revealed so we can see how the mod is relating actions to the role names. I do recommend that the claim be made now, for role-based reasons I will not specify. I also am a little suspicious of xite, just due to the oddness of his role with respect to flavor.

Yeah, there's massive misrep across the board in jim's post. Obviously mine sticks out to me; why is questioning the fact that two people have the same character scummy? If I was modding this game, I wouldn't necessarily want two of the same character, but since I don't know how uPick games usually go, for all I know it's common for that to happen.

And Nichol, I'm a little confused looking at your rationale for claiming across the game. You start opposed, then withhold your claim after everyone starts claiming, then claim and say there was no reason for you not to claim. Now, however, you're saying that the first people to call for a name claim are scum, and you don't want anyone else to claim. Why the sudden change of heart, and how is the remainder of us not claiming going to make a difference either way?
