I'll answer this assuming you are referring to Hayldra's play.

If you are referring to something else, advise me.

After reading the ISO... you're not wrong about the content of the posts. It's pretty much what you've said it is.

However, we are about 5 pages into this game. I would allow for more time before I determine guilt based off active lurking.

I'll re-iterate this though. Your reasoning isn't flawed, but maybe the time given is. I want to see if Hayl posts any content before I go along with that.

In the case of Katsuki, I can't get a read on her idiocy.

It may be just a blinded rage... (she's shown plenty of that)

but it also could be scum using that as an excuse.

For the moment I'll hold off on making any judgments on Katsuki's policy vote, until more evidence is presented.

However, if someone is detrimental to my team and wincon, I would obviously wish for them to be removed from the game.

"no nightkill (and lynch) immunities

I do not think it is in the town's best interest to shoot N1 though. There are too many other better town options out there.

He clearly said he misread it, and thought that it meant that you "no nightkill" AND "no lynch immunities" instead of no nk immunity and no lynch immunity, which is a very plausible explanation.

Course I'll be ninja'd by Katsuki when I do post this, but I'm curious as to why SC didn't see my unvote and quote of Katuski's post earlier?

SURELY he couldn't have missed that especially since I haven't called Katsuki scum since, so its not like he wouldn't notice that Katsuki had explained himself to my satisfaction.
