I am an ex convict, I went to prison for the slaughtering of 127 people with my bare hands. The publicly known reason for my early release (6347 years early to be exact) was good behavior. I had a troubling childhood. I was born in the USSR to no body, and adopted at the age of 16 by some people in the US. They abused me mentally, but were completely unable to abuse me physically. I am albino, and have long flowing white hair. *whispers to mods*

Three days ago, the victims began rising from their beds, shambling in a straight line for whatever edible meat they could find.

You are barricaded in an abandoned liquor store (hey, free reinforced bars over the windows, right?). Much of the liquor is spilled or missing, but there's still a fair amount remaining; the edibles have all already been consumed.
