I'm fascinated more by those ignoring brokens point about scum delaying confirming to give more time to talk

The town could still talk during pre-game. There is nothing that Nacho (or anyone) could possibly do to stunt conversation. Broken's point is flawed.

I don't know if CN is one of those people that will have me hitting my head on my desk or if he is trying to make something more then it is.

My vote was a deliberate attempt to vote someone who hadn't been voted for. For all intents and purposes it is a random vote.

Drawing very poor conclusions to anti-town behavior is scummy. There are some legitimate reasons to vote broken. This is not one of them. It appears you saw something you thought as scummy and made up your reasoning, as opposed to explaining why you thought he was scummy. That's a very newbish scum slip I regret to inform you.

While I did find Nacho visiting the site but not confirming a little odd, I did exaggerate it's importance a little to get him to react, and he did not react well.

I felt it to be a better action on my part to ignore the point and see how people reacted to it.

Why would this be a better action? As in, if people ignored it you could get away with ignoring it as well to not bring attention to it? I don't see why you would notice it and then think "let's see what others think" unless you were scum, super worried about what others think.

See brokens comment that is completely my thinking as well.

@CN: Scum may delay game start so they can talk about things for a day. People they played with, how best to play. The pre-game talks sometimes help the scum team, depending on how they play, plot a bit. It's best to give the scum as little pregame chat as possible.
However the mod allowed a set time for the mafia to chat so the point is moot I realize now.

I do have theory on why a person may "forget or not confirm once seeing a PM" but it's more what I have done as scum in the past.
I'm holding my vote for now on Nacho.

I might be misreading this, but there is nothing in the mods initial posts that suggest post confirmation period scum communication, and the mafia role pms have been posted, and there isn't anything about talking continuing after the game starts in them either. So scum might think they would get a longer talking period if they waited on confirming (and indeed they may have, the correlation between the extra period and the game launch/final confirm is uncertain), making the point stand.

OMGUS = Vote for no reason. chainsaw = defending another by attacking the attacker. My logic gives me Chainsaw OMGUS. Why do this unless you know something? My vote is pretty damn weak, but this early D1 IMO it doesn't matter. Its a damn sight stronger than andrew94s.
