I've read everything (again!) and am beginning to wander about the poor reasoning from AntB. Sure, perhaps it was a honest mistake, but he is sticking with it, which makes me suspicious. The fact that brokenscraps still avoids me gives him some more scum points too.

Also drmyshottyizsik has done minimal hunting imo, its mostly one liners. And they usually aren't even that useful. Scum points for drmyshottyizsik!

Then finally, my hatred for the inactives I await explanations from all of them.

Personally, I first saw it as "he confirmed second, so he's scum". I do, however, believe the explanation for that. Simply put, what would broken have to gain by lying? I see AntB as genuinely disagreeing with this stance though. I think if he was scum, he'd have backed off by now to satisfy the crowd.

And your vote on Smash seems so arbitrary, based on the implied accusations in your questions you could've voted anybody, what makes Smash's half-vote so scummy? Do you really think you can start a wagon on a player with 0 votes because they made a half-serious joke? Sorry bubs, not very convincing, and I'd say you're going to have trouble catching scum and getting others to listen to your cases if you base them on pretty weak points like this, and you're definitely going to have trouble playing in a way that doesn't look scummy.

I covered some of this in game, but when I see that someone is posting elsewhere and not posting in game it gets my scumdar up. Also I do know when I was scum in the past I would see the PM and go to the QT to talk with my scum buddies first and then confirm later.
It's why I question Nacho, who is around.
