Early bomb movement is pretty meaningless.

Hoopla, you aren't working with the information I'm working with.

No, I guess I'm not - but even if you're softclaiming some sort of bomb information/manipulation role, we have no way of knowing if it is town/scum/3rd party aligned. Hanging on to the bomb is depriving us the chance to generate tells from that mechanic.

That's how I interpreted Hoopla's elaboration of hitorogoshi's plan. If I have it wrong, I need it straightened out—I foresaw the unlikelihood of doing player order after Day 1 working well, hence the way I worded my input.

The first two out of three chances.

Don't be ridiculous Jack, how else did you want it to be taken? Your awesome wicked cool guessing skillz don't qualify as higher information. I know you're not that egotistical.

I think early bomb movement as RVS
will
end up wasting pass chances, but with a little restraint I don't see it being troublesome enough to warrant a plan that would render all early bomb movement useless. Also this would likely condemn the player immediately above the player who first receives the bomb and offer no information to go along with it. But I think Jack's right in that debating this too much in the open helps scum see what to do to blend in, so...

Mod: V/LA until further notice. I believe I blew my power supply trying to fix my dad's computer.

As for what to do with the bomb I like the idea of using it an additional lynch. Or policy lynch even. Whoever has it announces it. Then we decide who we want to hold onto the bomb (quickly as we dont want early explosions) And we make that person who the census agrees upon pass it 3 times, and then gets it passed back to them, so there is no last minute switching. This seems like the safest most effective use of the bomb...a 2nd lynch.

MOD can the bomb be passed during twilight?

No. A successful lynch will stop all traditional bomb passing.

In any event, I don't like your sudden jump on Benmage. #41's funny to me, too, but still...

Confirming in here.

Realistically I'd like to see repeated fast forcing of the bomb on a solid target. Thats the only way to keep it under wraps AND it gives the fortunate benefit of massive shenanigans required to have scum control it.

We've got to remember guys the bomb has a predefined limit on it, it could be a time, it could be a post count.

Personally, I believe until the first one goes off we should throw it to the scummiest player, failing that, throw it at random. I reckon it will be done via a post count so we should keep posts in-game to a minimum and and EBWOP should be omitted until the next necessary post...
