Also, although I don't really like to go too much into closed game mechanics at such an early stage, but has anyone noticed that there were 2 kills pre-game (even though they aren't actually players). I don't know general mafia team setups for mini-themes (2 mafia, or 1 large(r) mafia), but since there were 2 kills, it already suggests something...

I don't think pre-game flavor is relevant to the game at all.

To be more clear about why I am hesitant to defend against the case on TS:

In my first ever mafia game, I defended someone else. And I got fucked over because of it. Now just recently (different game), I destroyed someone's case. Turned out the guy actually was scum, and I again, got lynched for it. Not going to happen again, twisted can do it himself.

Oh, and i've seen a pattern that scum are always going after the most active players in my games.
