Not sure if I'm understanding the question, but if there's a vote to throw someone overboard, the people on the boat are the only people that vote. Officers count as 2 votes and sailors count as 1 vote. So example, if you were to put a leak in the black boat, the players on that boat would have to vote someone overboard. ANI, BB, GAN, and ROB would each get 2 votes and CYB would get 1 vote.
...yeah, the boat colour counts for basically nothing (except one form of endgame tiebreaker). No votes are based on boat colour, and there is no 'black vote'. (omg, not being racist, guys )
the thing is, I think voting should be done public. this forces people to discuss. otherwise...it would just be the vote and hope your decision moves the game along in the way you want. that is my personal opinion. however if everything is to be done via PVT message, that is okay too. I really only know animorpherv so if you wanna team up let me know.

Yeah I was just trying to keep it similar to the game where all the votes are revealed at the same time. I would imagine if you are trying to back stab someone it would be hard to do it if the votes are public.

Right now we're on the first phase, where you have to vote (by pm) to leak a boat. If you don't want to play I could try looking for a replacement since the game has just started.
I was waiting for a day to see if there would be any replacements. Since it looks like we will have 5 players, and eliminate gandalf, is everyone still happy with their vote? I'll just wait for tomorrow morning to see if there are any changes and then we can move along.
Are all pieces remaining where they are, save for gandalf's, which are being removed?
(Also: changing the title to reflect the need of a replacement would have been a good route for this. I see you've posted in the Mish Mash Replacement thread, which is good too.)
