I'm horde too. I was excited at first because, being an old alliance player, horde=scum, and then I actually read my PM, and then the game rules, and then some of deadmines.
I don't think Parama is town because he has a Day Vig ability, (see Storm of Swords mafia for what I think of that kind of proof).
However I do think Parama is town by how he used it. If what he says about RBT is true, scum-parama would have wanted that future mislynch in the game.
That's all I've got so far, I'm about to go into a job interview to try and win the job I currently have, so you'll excuse me if I'm slightly focussed elsewhere.
So far the only thing that's jumping out at me is the Reckoner-Fate thing. I've read around enough to know that Fate is really good as either alignment, but prior to 116 Reckoner doesn't seem very concerned with figuring out Fate's alignment despite Fate being a capable player who's all over him like a fat kid on cake. He seems more concerned with deflection than scumhunting.

I could see Parama going either way right now but I'm not thrilled about the earliness of the kill.
I don't give a damn about figuring out Fate's alignment. Fate & I either steamroll each other as town or fall to infighting all the time, and it always sorts itself out eventually. Why would I be so concerned with figuring out one person's alignment?

If you're town, then you know Fate is wrong and are therefore in a better position to determine his motivations regarding you than someone who's going after someone whose alignment you're unsure of. But instead of commenting on his motivations you seem to be primarily concerned with defensiveness.
If you're not scum, then who is, and why aren't you more interested in finding them out?
Yes, Fate is wrong. Fate is wrong about me a lot. That's why I've made comments just like 'lol fate' several times. Fate has no motivations, ever. He just throws shit around and goes LOL GAMBIT then throws more shit around only to LOL GAMBIT again until he hits scum.
I'm more interested in finding out factions right now than anything else. If you're asking me to give you a scumlist right now after very few people have posted, it's not happening. This isn't one of those games.

He's also useless. Little to no scumhunting, one-liner posts every other day, and never any attempts to actually play the game.
You've become what you hate. Well, except your one-liner posts are all over the place. Killing a guy because just you don't like him is a terrible move. It'd be nice if people used their powers to help the town's chances of winning rather than further their personal agendas.
I think every played who's played with RBT is glad that he's dead.
I haven't started scumhunting yet which is why millions of one-liners.
I will actually start reading later tonight.
