Task #1: Learning the Fundamentals

Welcome to your first task. For your first task, I will be testing your understanding of the basic fundamentals of a Mish Mash Game. Learning the fundamentals of any subject area is critical before embarking on the endevour that ensues. There will be two parts to this task. Each task will be scored out of 50. The team that scores the highest overall will win the Task and be safe from the boardroom. The losing team's PM will select two other team members to join her in the board room to face me, and one of those three will be fired.

Assignment #1:

The Fundamentals
Each team is to write an essay concerning the five features that are fundamental for a phenomenal Mish Mash game. Each guide must not exceed 500 words. It is up to you and your team to research past games and come up with the five fundamental features that you believe make an epic Mish Mash game.

Assignment #2:

The Phenomenal Game
Keeping the five features that you selected in Assignment #1 in mind, each team is to design the opening post of a Mish Mash game. This includes the storyline, game mechanics, and the rules for the game. You may design and come up with any Mish Mash game you desire.

Your assignments are due 9:00 PM Est. on Wednesday, August 10.

Please have them sent to me via PM for evaluation.
