i) This game is the first to use the new and improved C9++ setup. Please read about the changes on the wiki.
ii) The game will be a Daystart.

i) The Day Phase will last 3 weeks (21 days).
ii) All votes must be formatted or VOTE: DonJosh
iii) Unvotes are preferred but not mandatory, and must be formatted , , UNVOTE: , or UNVOTE: DonJosh.
iv) Once a majority is reached, a lynch will occur and Twilight will begin. Game related posts are not allowed during Twilight.
v) If a majority is not reached, a no-lynch will occur and Twilight will begin.
vi) If you are lynched (or killed), you are allowed one bah post. This post may only contain the following words and must include a question mark, an ampersand, and a randomly generated number.vii) A three day deadline extension will be granted if the majority of all living players request it via PM.

i) The Night Phase will last 3 days (72 hours), or until I receive a PM from each player requesting an early morning start.
ii) If you have a factional night communication, you may only use it at this time.
iii) If you have a factional kill, it must be submitted via PM. If I do not receive a kill, a no-kill will occur.

I don't usually play open games, at all as I find most of the fun in figuring out a closed setup (although this particular open game does counter this disadvantage to some extent), but I was persuaded into this one, and the temptation to a game newly starting was too good to resist.
