To make the GL Game Invasion complete...

RAF is Richard Garfield's multiplayer version of RPS. The rules are simple: everyone submits a choice to shoot another player, themself, or the air (No one). If you get shot, you die, with the exception that if you shoot yourself and someone else shoots you, they die and you don't. If everyone dies in one round, that round restarts with the players who were alive at the beginning of it.

Maybe 8-10 players to start out?

/in. I'd hope not, stewie, there should be some nice strategy going on in the thread before we send choices in.

As it is, I'm planning on shooting myself tonight.

No, don't submit a choice until people have signed up and I decree the game begun, so that everyone knows who the potential targets are.

I'm shooting Stewie according to my "shoot player # to join" randomizer.

/in, I'm shooting PBuG, by the way. If he shoots Stewie, that is.

And question: If a player shoots himself and is target of more then one player, all those players die?

Yes. Of course, if you shoot yourself and nobody shoots you, you die.

/in, I don't get it. Do the 2 bullets cancel each other out or something? Hmmm, why don't they do that in the movies when they are about to be shot by the baddies?

It's the one breach of logic that makes the game work.

I'll start before the players become too overwhelming. PM me a choice ASAP.

Just base it on Frank Herbert's Dune and say that everyone can either fire a lasgun or turn on their shield. It's common knowledge that the feedback from firing a lazgun at a shield kills the firer.

Then again, turning on your shield doesn't kill you if you aren't shot at :P
