I think that motion is very much in order, delegate from the United Kingdom. If it so pleases the council, I will allow it to pass immediately. (Hint: I can do this for very trivial motions. Of course, you can move against me if you think you can garner the support. In most cases, I will wait for it to pass.)
I declare this first session of MUNSCM I officially open. Please see below for the current agenda. If there are no other motions, we will move to the first item on the agenda. I will now entertain motions to ammend the Agenda, OR encourage the delegate from Chile to present his resolution.
