Sad but true, when your bad spelling is your biggest defining feature.
Why not something catchier in the same vein like "Spelling challenged"? (Or "Spellingly Challenged"). Perhaps even purposely subtracting an L or something for good measure.
I guess I'm not supposed to suggest titles, but am I allowed to suggest tweaks on suggested titles (Using the same idea)?
I'm going to have to start using word spell checker with every single post I use now. (Starting with this post)Winner of the "if real life was like mafia" thread. :D

OK, definitely second or third or whatever masterchief for 'I got a role', that's just too stupidly pimped to be ignored. I nominate Glork for 'Glorkicize Your Mind', and finally myself for 'Consulting Detective' just to make the whole persona work. BTW for those skeptics, this is a really new username I just switched to, my old one was themanhimself, and I have way more than 100 posts. If P then Q.

I'd hope by now, then, you'd know that this is a "no self-nominations" thread.Sherlock wrote:OK, definitely second or third or whatever masterchief for 'I got a role', that's just too stupidly pimped to be ignored. I disagree:Sherlock wrote:also Shadowlurker, VisMaisor, and Ubertimmy for 'Onion 1', 'Onion 2', and 'Onion 3', respectively
1) that seems like a weak association for even one title to be riffed off, let alone three
2) it sets up an relationship between the title-sharers which is based off something too shallow
3) It doesn't speak to their gameplay or poststyle or any kind of mafiascum community inside joke
4) Avs change.-

You'll be kind to notice I didin factsay, "any kind ofmafiascum communityinside joke".
Besides, it's a YTMND-type fad. This isn't a witty crossover of pop-culture references like Mith's old "there is no wine" av; giving those three onion-related titles'd be like giving me a QC-related one. It's redundant and lame, and I'm getting way too into this argument aren't I?
Sorry - conditioning-

Isn't that usually the way things work in this thread?Adele wrote:So by the time you get the title, it'll be obselete?
Unthird.
I second/third/whatever the objections to Onion X and "Consulting Detective". Show yourself worthy of the name (or at least act like it) and someone (else) will probably nominate you for something similar; the name begs for it.Retired as of October 2014.-

You changing usernames, or you just making an alt?Sherlock wrote:OK, definitely second or third or whatever masterchief for 'I got a role', that's just too stupidly pimped to be ignored. I'd rather see you keep the same username, personally; part of what I like about this site is the way you get to know the people you play with.I want us to win just for Yos' inevitable rant alone. -CrashTextDummie-

As for leekspin, I could see using at as source of white noise. I find it relaxing to listen to as well.
I'm sort of tempted to suggest "WINNER" as an alternative for Masterchief, given what appears to be the actual role he received. (Although given that he's disappeared, I'm not sure it matters.)I replaced into Chess Mafia for 6 months, and all I got was a win and this lousy sig.-

As a side note, since mathcam hasn't said anything in a while, I am declaring myself the new Title Fairy. If anybody seriously wants to complain about this/suggest themselves as an alternative Title Fairy, I'll give people a week to comment, but it's been almost two months since mathcam opened nominations.I replaced into Chess Mafia for 6 months, and all I got was a win and this lousy sig.-

Well, I have to say you, as a Norwegian Chef, do make a great deal more sense than your typical Swedish Chef. So, it could be worse.
