Anyway, I think we should be lynching Fritzler. His only words in this game so far have been Vote and Zindaras, and while I find it touching, that's pretty useless to us game-wise.ShowFinished: 159 (120 Town, 33 Mafia, 5 Other, 1 Cult, 4 Cultivated)
68 Wins, 71 Losses
Town: 52 Wins, 54 Losses (2 Wins as Cult)
Mafia: 13 Wins, 15 Losses (1 Win as Cult)
Other: 3 Wins, 1 Loss (1 Win as Cult)
Cult: 0 Wins, 1 Loss
Cultivated: 4 Wins, 0 Losses
59 Survived, 31 Lynched, 60 Killed-

I agree with Zindaras.vote:FritzlerHe's pretty clearly scum.
Also,Fos:help I'm a bugfor still not giving his reasons for the Nai vote. Reasons help the town y'know.
The Lurker/Bogre thing seems like a misunderstanding to me.
The bastardasion thing is interesting, but we won't know what it does until we see it in action. I'm fairly sure it will be bad for whoever gets bastardised. Obviously.-

FOS ZINDI'm sure you've played w/ Fritz before and know that that's the way he plays. But, i'm not voting you because it is odd that Fritz isn't talking as much as normal (but he's doing it in all his games so i'm assuming he's busy or something)."It's not a logical inconsistency. B can't be correct because then C would be, but it doesn't go the other way - there's nothing wrong with C being correct. Aside from Twomz saying otherwise." --Mith-

Just because "that's how he always plays" doesn't mean he isn't scum. I'm not saying he is, I'm just saying that's not a legit defense. Of course if that really is how he always plays then you can't say he must be scum becasue he's playing like that.:sadtorch Ken Hoang, A.D/Fuzzie, Cameron Ferris, Taj Johnson-George, Annie Duke, Patti Blagojevich, Maria/Tiffany :sadtorch

This is going to be one of those really confusing day 1s where everyone points fingers and we take forever to get anthing important done isn't it?"It's not a logical inconsistency. OH yes, there's a LOT of advocating for a mass claim in that post. I*t's all saying "Wow, let's mass claim and then work off of counterclaims!"
Now, seriously, read the post. It was actually disagreeing with Twomz when he said counterclaims wouldn't be useful in this game. I was saying that counterclaims are just as useful in a game where we know the roles as in a game where we don't. See the newbie games with the C9 setup, where docs and cops can claim and be counterclaimed. It helps.
Also, I think we should allow Fritz to post and/or be replaced before we lynch him. Lynching on a lack of information is a bad idea.-

Help I'm a bug provided reasoning for his vote? Where? As far as I can see he just quoted something Nai said without explaining what was suspisious about it. Nai's voting him for that reason, isn't he?
As for my reasoning; Fritzler started a bandwagon agaist Zindaras and then disappeared. I think that's slightly odd. He's still being pretty quiet.
Twomz-Well you're right so far.-

Started a bandwagon?
Let's review Fritz's post... "Vote: Zindaras" Wow... that really starts up bandwagons right there... . I think you're blowing things out of proportion."It's not a logical inconsistency. B can't be correct because then C would be, but it doesn't go the other way - there's nothing wrong with C being correct. Aside from Twomz saying otherwise." --Mith-

As far as I remember, I have not played with Fritzler before, only over AIM, and, if my memory serves me well, in Goats Mafia, where he was very active. Though I may be mistaken there.Twomz wrote:FOS ZINDI'm sure you've played w/ Fritz before and know that that's the way he plays. What do you want me to do? A PBPA? Here is one:themanhimself wrote:Yeah, I don't see anything scummy about Fritzler's posts, and as a matter of fact,FOS: Zindaras, for not being able to back up his vote.
Post 32:
That. Is. It. You cannot analyze posting behaviour if there was no behaviour. You cannot rebuff arguments if there are none.Fritzler wrote:Zindaras wrote:Unvote, Vote: Fritzler
Mr. Prolific isn't really prolific in this game.Vote: Zindaras
Regardless of whether or not he was trying to bandwagon me, he's being completely useless.
Also, help im a bug: I doubt there will be counterclaim issues this game, as claiming something you are not (barring vanilla) is suicidal, but they are hypothetically possible, and if such a situation would arise (which it probably won't), it'd be useful.
*shrugs*
Not very likely though.-

As an aside, I don't like how M4yhem voted with me on Fritzler, saying nothing but "I agree". To explain my vote: it's a pressure vote, not a real actual lynch vote.ShowFinished: 159 (120 Town, 33 Mafia, 5 Other, 1 Cult, 4 Cultivated)

Meh. I wasn't really voting to lynch Fritzler either, I just want him to wake up and smell the open role bastard mafia.
Twomz: Fritzler doesn't reallyneedto say anything to get people to bandwagon his votes, as you probably know.
Help, I don't think Nai said anything about mass claims in the bit you quoted. And I totally need to pay more attention since I missed your reasons on the first read through.-

Nai was seriously advocating mass claiming in this situation. I found this unwise at best, scummy at worst.oh no-

I don't really see how Zindaras is guilty for that post. I do see however, a bit how M4yhem could be guilty. Both reasons are not strong at all and any votes at this stage of the game and are only going to pressure someone, they aren't serious lynch votes.:sadtorch Ken Hoang, A.D/Fuzzie, Cameron Ferris, Taj Johnson-George, Annie Duke, Patti Blagojevich, Maria/Tiffany :sadtorch

Well, HIAB, you didn't put that explanation WITH your vote. You put it many posts later, after you were *snicker* bugged about it. And, after I explained my post, you're still voting for me, when no one else is because THEY all saw, from the get-go, what I was going for.
On another point, counterclaims are definately going to be a part of this game, especially with bastardized roles, if the roles start acting like other roles.
