Some of you are friends. Others are friends too, but evil. Many of you have no friends.

The evil friends want to kill you all at night. So you decided to lynch one of yourselves every day, to try and get back at those evil, evil friends. Good luck with that.

Rules

1.) This game is a day start. It will start as soon as everyone has confirmed via PM.
2.) During the day you can vote for a player that you think should be lynched. Votes must be in the form Vote: Player otherwise they won't be counted. It would be helpful if players unvote when switching their votes.
3.) When a player reaches a majority of votes, they are lynched. I will reveal their role, and the game will move into night. Players can still talk during twilight. You may also vote for no lynch -- 50% of players voting for no lynch causes the game to go to night without a lynch.
4.) If discussion is lagging or the day is dragging, I may set a deadline. It takes fewer votes than a majority to deadline lynch a player.
5.) No talking to other players, dead or alive, outside of the thread, unless your role permits it.
6.) Once dead, you stop posting. A bah post is fine though.
7.) If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.
8.) Try to post at least once every 48 hours. Treat the game as a commitment. If you go inactive, you will be replaced.
9.) I'll try to edit votecounts into each player's post at the top of every page using the brand new

tag. Using this tag to impersonate the mod at the top of the page or elsewhere is forbidden, and probably mod-killable.
10.) Avoid excessive profanity, flaming etc.
11.) Don't do stupid stuff that will get you modkilled, like talking outside the game, quoting any discussion you have with me, cheating in other forms, etc.
12.) Treat each other (and me) with respect and have fun!

You are a vanilla townie. Sadly, you have no special abilities, just your wits and your vote. Use them wisely to try and weed out the guilty during the day. You win when all 3 mafia members have been strung up.

MASONS X 3

You are a mason with X and Y. You've known each other for years and are great friends. You know neither of your friends are part of the mafia, and you may talk to them at night. You win when all 3 mafia members have been strung up. You may talk in the pre-game hours, before all confirms are in.

MAFIA X 3

You are a member of the mafia with A and B. Each night the three of you may talk privately and choose a player to kill. You are not forced to kill at night. You win when the town no longer has the majority. You may talk in the pre-game hours, before all confirms are in.

You are dreaming. It is the pre-conscious stage -- the pre-game stage. All roles have been randomly assigned and sent -- Confirm via PM. Once all confirms are in, or sometime Friday, whichever comes later, day one will start. If all players have not confirmed by Friday, I will begin searching for replacements for those who have not confirmed, and we will get to wait a few more days.

So confirm your existence, have some sweet dreams, and expect to wake up on Friday to a crisp clean day one, the start of the game... .

Before I start the day, I thank Patrick for letting me steal/edit the above posts from his iteration of friends and enemies, Thesp for all his work on the Open queue, whoever came up with friends and enemies as a setup for making this game possible, and all you players for signing up to play a game, and for not flaking and needing replacement... .

I also want to let you all know, that if you want a response from me other than generic counting of votes, the best way by far to get me to respond to you/notice your request is to PM me. I often ignore/miss requests made in thread of me .
