One claimed because he was forced to claim and close to being lynched. The other claimed voluntarily and breadcrumbed very early. I think it's pretty clear who is scum of the two. Moreover, BMR's reaction to the counterclaim shows no effort at all.

As the day went on, tempers flared. Accusations were flung like bullets from a gun, each one dodged just barely -- except for one. One of the strangers found himself in the center of a circle. The rest crowded him, baring their teeth and jabbing their fingers.

"It's him!" they shouted, a frenzy overtaking them. It had to be him. It had to.

His limbs were held down. Rope was tightened around his neck. He was lifted into the air, struggling to get a finger between his throat and the burning rope. It was futile. Moments passed, and the only sounds heard were his inability to breathe. Then, just like that, silence. Motionlessness. The mayor stepped forward, and waved a hand at the elder.

It was no good. The elder searched his body, but found no trace of evil on him.

The night saw another sleepless mayor. He sat at his desk until the sun rose, staring at a blank sheet of paper, unable to think of any plan or law that could save them.

The others were awake before the mayor showed up at the courthouse. Their faces told him everything he needed to know. Among the five remaining, he knew two were acting; two of those sorrowful faces were masks. He looked each of them in the eye, then at the body laying on the ground. He shook his head wearily. The elder was silent. This one had some power. This could would have helped them all.

154 bothers me with the "oh goodness! what a terrible mess! I didn't expect any of this!" tone. Same tone in 148. I don't see it anywhere else in texcat's meta.

I'm not going to vote yet, though. I want more discussion first. It's LYLO so if tex is actually town, scum would win if they hammer.

I have to agree with pistachi0n that #154 is completely scummy. It's Lylo and texcat just votes without properly explaining why.

This behaviour contradicts her previous statements completely:

During RVS, L-1 wagons should be avoided entirely. On page 1, L-1 wagons should be avoided entirely.

Care should be taken at other times, particularly at MYLO or LYLO.

Taking also into account how with she tunneled me and ASP yesterday ("this is called a chainsaw defense") and had us pegged as the scumteam, I'm now very convinced that she's scum.

There was a flurry of activity. There were only five strangers left, but four of them had their minds set. The fifth was a villain. They descending on him, eerie silence broken only by his cries. Soon, he was strung up like all the rest.

The mayor watched, trembling. He looked at the elder, and motioned at the body. The elder didn't move; instead, he smiled, so wide that his toothless grin was visible through his thick beard. With an evil cackle, he threw off his robe and revealed himself to be a creature made of pure darkness. The mayor stumbled backwards, and two of the remaining four strangers shrieked as the other two stabbed them ruthlessly. In but seconds, the mayor was reduced to dust and bone.

"Another hundred years it is, then," muttered the demonic elder.

I watched this game and kept notes. I thought ASP was scum with YGS on D1. After the fuck up with BMR/MM, Fromage became a suspect and I wasn't sure on the partner. texcat gave me a lot of townvibes early on but then my reads went to shit after the JK CC shenanigans.
