Whether or not he drafted Eavesdrop first or second means precisely dick unless you're disputing the fact that he has it. It's irrelevant as the fact remains that no thoughtful person would've assumed that they'd be guaranteed to receive a troop simply by filling a draft list up with all of them. I'm surprised you dispute that as that was one of the few things we seemed to agree on (see: 1692).
