1.) The game will start on Jan 8th.
2.) During a case you can vote for a player that you think should be fired. Votes must be in the form

otherwise they won't be counted. You must unvote when you are switching votes.
3.) When a player reaches a majority of votes, they are fired. I will reveal their role, and the game will move into the next phase. The thread may or may not be locked during this stage, depending on the phase of the game.
4.) If discussion is lagging or the day is dragging, I may set a deadline.
5.) No talking to other players, fired or active, outside of the thread, unless your role permits it.
6.) Once fired, you stop posting. A single bah post is acceptable.
7.) If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.
8.) Post at least once every 72 hours. Treat the game as a commitment. If you go inactive, you will be replaced.
9.) Votecounts will be posted every now and then.
10.) Don't link anywhere outside this thread.
11.) Don't pretend to be a bad doctor if you're not. Play to win.
12.) You must follow all the rules.
Rules specific to this game
1) The mod always tells the truth.
2) You may receive one of two different roles: The bad doctor role, and the good doctor role:

3) This game consists of two main stages: the
free time assignment (FTA)
, when the mafia will be allowed to discuss amongst themselves, and
the case
, when they are not. During the case you vote and post as usual, but there will be a pre-determined
twist
during this stage. These will affect voting mechanics, give you role abilities, or they may just be for the flavor. The case is further divided into two more sub-stages: the brainstorming session, and the final diagnostic. The twist lies between these two phases. A person may be fired anywhere during the case, regardless of the twist and the final diagnostic.
4) The bad doctors cannot kill you. This is the Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital, not the Hezbollah recruitment office.
5)
The bad doctors win if a single member makes it to the final three candidates.
6) You cannot skip the FTA, nor can you vote until it is finished.
7) Choose who you offend wisely, as they may not share your sense of humor.
8) Dr. House cannot be bribed.
