What makes it wrong though? I don;t understand why you would bus someone but not try to get them lynched. Isn't that the whole point of bussing? To get town cred for getting your scum partner lynched?

bussing is far more about distancing than getting town cred; you can get positive benefits out of making it seem like you can't be scum with someone without lynching them, and it's generally better to do so. you're mischaracterizing what bussing is, and I think you're doing that intentionally. 148 basically reads as you saying "here's some people I couldn't *possibly* be scum with, because then I would be bussing them, which we all know school would never do."

Bussing of any form wouldn't help you out in this game because if you cast suspicion on your buddy and they actually do get lynched then its game over. I don't see why anyone would take that unnecessary risk. It makes much more sense to just push mislynches. You haven't explained any positives to bussing here and I don't see how 148 could be read that way

So there's really no way you could read that post as me saying "theses are people I couldn't be scum with". But the basic gist I’m getting is that xxyyzz isn’t Scum, which feels odd, but there it is. I don’t see Scum pointing out objectively good Scum play as matter-of-factly as he has been. TheBrie jumping on it seems flawed, opportunistic. And BlackStar doesn’t seem to give two shits who dies, and in addition to that, I’m very wary of people who attempt to de-escalate by saying “ah, I understand why you might make that argument about me being Scum” ...and then don’t seem to feel the need to examine the person or motives behind the argument much further...

So xxyyzz, what’s more likely?
