Back old school days, used to be a time you could just slip the old Achewood Mafia a couple of G's and they'd leave you alone for a year, year-and-a-half (kinda' depended on the going rate for security at the time).

But now the Situation has undergone a major change. The mafia is now composed almost entirely of , dirt doggs who are severely lacking in the scruples department, and their shenanigans are starting to ruin the underground.

Raymond Quentin Smuckles, man with much class, has assembled most of the underground (OK, 12 people in the underground) for one of his trademark friday-night-parties. The theme, vigilante justice. (Dude even got the caterers to whip up some mad tasty noose-shaped snacks)

Rules:

1: Every player has been assigned a win condition and an alignment. If at any time a win condition is fulfilled (or this cannot be prevented), all players with that win condition (even if they are dead) will be declared the winners and all other players will lose.

2: The following alignments: “Town”, “Mafia” and the following win conditions: “Only Town aligned players are alive.”, “Only Mafia aligned players are alive.” exist in this game, but there may or may not be more.

3: The game will start in the Day phase. During the day, all players may vote upon an action. If the majority of players vote for another player, that player will be lynched and may no longer participate in any capacity (though they may still win). If the majority of players vote for “No Lynch,” the game will proceed directly to the Night phase.

4: You may vote for a player by posting with “PlayerX” replaced with the name of the player you are voting for. You may only vote for one player at a time, and if you are changing your vote, you must first post

5: Once a majority of votes has been reached, the action voted upon will be taken no matter what. Any further votes or changes in votes will be too late and disregarded as such.

6: After a Lynch or No Lynch has occurred, the game will move into Night, and players will be allowed to party in a solitary environment. Some players are permitted to communicate with myself or each other if the role they were assigned specifically says so.

7: After all players have communicated any “Night Choices,” or three days have passed, all living players will resume the game in a new Day phase. This cycle will repeat until a win condition is fulfilled.

8: If a player does not participate in the discussion, they will be prodded. Simply make their non-participation clear. If you have a reason not to talk but do not want to be prodded please make an announcement to that effect.

9: If a player is unwilling or unable to keep up a reasonable level of activity or if they are otherwise compromised they will be quickly replaced. The replacement player, while a different person, will have the same role, alignment, and win condition of the player they are replacing. Additionally, if that player’s predecessor had sent or received any official communications during Night phases, they will be informed of these communications.

10: If not enough players are participating or the day goes on for too long, a deadline may be enacted. When a deadline hits, the player with the most votes will be lynched regardless of whether or not they have a majority of votes. If there is a tie at deadline, the player to have received the most votes will be lynched.

11: Dead players do not talk in thread or out of thread. One "bah" post is permitted provided it does not contain any information about the game.

12: Breaking any of the above rules or revealing official transcripts of mod-player communication (Posting a PM) may result in a modkill. The killed player will not be replaced. If they are killed during the Day, they game will go to Night.

13: Remember, this is a party, so have fun!

"Guys, this whole Achewood Mafia business has basically become a Thing, and it's a Thing that's got to stop. I was talkin' with Mayor C last night and he's mucho angry about the whole deal, told me to take care of it."

He pauses to take a sip of liquor and raise a single eyebrow.

"And takin' care of it is exactly what I'm gonna do. We gonna cold ice sucka's, one at a time, majority rules until this Thing is completely taken care of. Some of you might be thinkin' this is a bit harsh, that you didn't come to this party to get all vigilantied in the neck region. Well let me just tell you that Ray Smuckles is not a cat who messes around, and you should have read the damn invitations."

The noticably tipsy cat holds up a flyer reading "Pro Ice Lynch Mob Party; Friday, 9 pm; Smuckles Residence."

Pulling up a bottle of what appears to be tequila, Ray stumbles and shouts "Aww hell yeah, we gettin' our lynch on tonight!" and collapses.

With 12 alive, it will take 7 to lynch.
