Tbh you should all call someone else out in the thread. Like Bell gives good advice so someone should trade reading a game with Bell. I'm willing to read a game but like, I'm not gunna claim I'm some master mafia player lol. But if anyone wants me to you can ask and link a game.-

I suck, especially as scum.
Plz help.

Infinity- You got good instincts and a playstyle that is very conducive toward bringing town together. From our few games together, I think a weakness you may have is being assertive. When you demonstrated some in Student Council, we were quickly able to wrap up the game, but I noticed in some other games you avoid doing this to an extent. There's a balance between your "cordial" style that brings town together and one where you're willing to go all in on yourself if you need to. This would also help you avoid getting mislimmed imo although I'm not sure if that happens to you much, and the one that we recently had together wasn't really all that much your fault although I think showing a bit more aggression may have helped you avoid that imo.
Gamma- As scum I think you need to just say "fuck it" at some point and just grab the gamestate by the throat and never let go of it. I think you could've done that in the Newbie we played together and probably could've got the W. You're excellent at going under the radar and giving just enough input to remain in most people's good books while also not being a "hmm why didn't he die last night?" thought in peoples minds, but I think when you get closer to end game you'd benefit by going ham on some fools
Noraa- In games where you're town I think people who know you to a decent extent can very easily TR you, which I think is a big strength to have as it narrows down PoE. I think the next step for you imo is being able to wield that influence and people's confidence into reads that aren't overly-tunnely that can lead to 1v1s that can possibly take away from the game (i too need to work on this in some games lmao). Confidence in reads is great but there needs to be some sort of reevaluation and not being too quick to toss people directly in your scumbin or townbin. I feel like your style with a bit of improvement in terms of read quality could end up being the MVP of heaps of town games given your ability to obvtown whenever you feel like it.
sorry if this is trash advice but thought i'd give some opinions bc why not-

when hydraing with you I found that your arguements logically suck and when you push things you go a bit too hard it, while you try to spin what they're saying as scummy, which in return makes you look scummy and unnatural when you're pushing reads. In post 85, NorwegianboyEE wrote:I suck, especially as scum.

Also the only thing you know how to do is push it seems like.
In otherwords you're stupidly agressive.
This is advice for ur townplay btw.| here.GTKAS-

But Alisae, i wasn’t really trying in that game.
And i’m not always super aggressive as town.Norwe is spontaneous, has a stream-of-consciouness posting style, usually posts on catch-ups by commenting on past pages posts, gets rather fired up in certain moments in games, is relatively as playful as me in games and likes casual shitposting

Simply put I feel like I struggle with handling pressure as scum. I tend to turtle in response to pressure because I don't want to say something that'll make the situation worse. In post 89, petapan wrote:let me flip this on its ear a little: what do you feel you have difficulty with as scum?<Embrace The Void>

pedit Original post too specific
It's very important to me that my posts are comprehensible (bonus points agreeable).
Both alignments, the way I interpret my own thoughts is crucial to me
Also my scumgame is a bit rusty, my issue is that I feel like I'm trying too hard. Like, as scum I'll pull stuff out of my ass and I literally sit there and think
'Man, If I was town I wouldn't believe any of this I'm saying' How do I stop that impulse? thanksStop-

Yeah that makes sense
I'm a wordy individual, that's very apparent. It's just that as scum I think I exaggerate this behavior, and I end up saying a lot of purposeless things. I actually enjoy being scum a great amount, I just feel like I'm not being deliberate enough and to some degree as you said not agend-y enough. I lean too much on heplful analysis than driving possible lims.Stop-

well, as town when you come under pressure, you tend to have a spark of irritability that usually makes people back off. often as scum people will subconsciously consider attacks against them valid, and so won't necessarily get as indignant. emulating the mindset you have as town, where if someone is pushing you it's bullshit and you're not going to take it might help. in general, never be afraid to fight back, because if you fight back strongly, people will typically get intimidated and not want to vote you.In post 94, Gamma Emerald wrote:As scum I try to take what I would say as town and spin it to fit my scum agenda. That way I'm fitting the two schools of mafia play at once (match your town play / push your agenda)
how i've read you though, (and admittedly i haven't seen you as scum directly, but i did meta check you), is to look at whether you appear to be scumhunting. as scum, you'll make conversation, comment on things, maybe push people a little, but you tend to not have as much substance in your posts. i hope i don't seem like i'm pointing out the obvious, but in general i feel as though you could do to push your agenda more, make arguments, fake reads, etc. the important thing is tolooklike you're analyzing what other people post.free crypto-

I would really love some feedback but I probably already have an extremely good idea what people would critique about my towngame, so I’d probably find it more helpful to get advice on my scumgame but obviously both would be much appreciated. Thanks.**********We just need to tread carefully because if you slip up around her as scum she notices and will tear your spine out and slap you to death with it.
