Not necessarily. I recommend you look up a little piece of philosophy called Pascal's Wager. It might be somewhat relevant to this situation.

It might be an indicator that you screwed up and broke the rules somehow. It might be the result of a game mechanic.
Or, it might be that your Mod is a bastard Mod and is just placing "Rules Infraction" at the end of random posts.

I'm not sure this is a good idea...
For one thing, if a rule is in your PM, is this rule part of your role? If you die, do the rules of the game change?

Well, I think you'd want to know if the pro-town role PM looks like yours, yes.
The point I was making is that the question you were asking is not a good question at this point, becuase it dosn't give the town any information but makes it easier for scum to fake roleclaims.
It's hard to know since I don't know what the exact rules for this game are, but if I was modding, that question would also get you a warning for being a little bit too close to quoting your role PM, FYI.

Yos, if this game's rules bear any resemblance to Tarh's previously modded game's rules, paraphrasing role information shouldn't be a problem:

I don't think I'm allowed to tell you the rule, as it's a special ability my role has, I think. But if I die, the rule will not change (to give you a hint, it's not really a rule as you cannot be in fraction of it. It's more like an extra information). I could explain it in two words, but I would prefer that everyone answer my question first.
