I think Kokichi's war action turned out funny. Since the witch hadn't submitted an action there was no word chosen so no effect on that end (lowered the 3 shot to 2 shot though) and if Kitty had aimed the inverse killer at someone other than furtive it would've resolved as a kill. (Possibly even falsely outing kitty to enchant as scum from his role)
Our biggest downfall, town not using their roles.
How do you expect to find the culprit when you're all worried about each other's feelings? If you're planning to expose a liar, then you have to corner them psychologically.
Also, what is NM doing? Worst play I’ve ever seen.
I can't remember the last N_M post that wasn't bland, unimaginative and lame. Some shitposters are at least somewhat funny. You are the epitomy of the type of poster that nobody would miss if you were to suddenly disappear. You never add anything of value.
I'm guessing you haven't read the game and probably never will? Why even sign up to play?

Mathematically the value of arsonists is increased the more people that are alive, because a correct elimination is less likely.
The exception would be if you think it would be easier to convince one of enchant/gimli over marashu/furtive.
That makes sense!
I guess fmpov I was nearly mechanically guiltied and Marashu and furtive were nearly mechanically cleared, so killing Marashu and furtive didn’t make much of a difference. And talking 1 townie out of 2 into a moment of folly is easier than talking 2 townies out of 4 into a moment of folly. And maybe, maybe, one of Kokichi’s actions was going to help me out from beyond the grave somehow.

GG everyone, well played Arsonists. I continue my trend of just believing everyone's claims (Kokichi had me completely fooled until Kyoko pointed out that it might not be legit). I agree that Hail makes the game less interesting for a role-madness but I also had to play to my wincon, which includes denying antitown the ability to act. If I were scum, I would absolutely be spamming fog! If I were more confident, I was thinking of saying I'd go for rain but submit snow (or vice versa) but I'm not clever enough to fully commit to that kind of play.
If that didn't happen I do believe we could have pulled it off. If I remember correctly Gimli only scum read me after that and how the day played out. I actually contemplated claiming my actual role(janitor) and go with the angle that who I subbed in for was clearly just a troll and picked an anti town role for the lulz.
Either way, it was fun, sorry Neighbor buddy TL, I did you dirty

My discard was also pretty good so that likely would have been a point of discussion if not for the meta janitor.
If I had the janitor I probably would have just picked a few people at random.

I like to think town had enough game presence to make the pirates townside. think we all helped creating an environment where we could benefit from each other, when I think some playerlists would make this much harder.
yes of course but

I think we're ready to move on as long as the pirates target is clear to everyone
so you really owe me for us checking furtive that night and not going on aisa

if kokichi had this planned to win with you enchant wouldn't be voting him
it's so simple, just target aisa and you win
we were going to flip aisa and POE would end the game for them, there's no way kokichi would win
he made a gamble to take aisa off the hook for that gameday, there's no other explanation that makes sense. if he is not scum with aisa he doesn't do that play.
but more importantly, the next time we play together. I'll cry then too
so don't be wrong
we gonna plunder aisa
pedit: you played horribly outing yourself yesterday. that claim was tragic. should have just plundered you instead of furtive tbh and plan that instead. that was my bad
cause our wincondition was not what was written in actual setup thread and we could not endgame with town either for some reason
but yes
even though if we had more time to discuss we probably would agree on aisa together too. him being the only person who didn't vote kokichi was a big tell
In case anyone was wondering why herta wasn't swapped to the appropriate faction's miller, it was because his role always being treated as vanilla was actually different than the standard pirate miller, making plunders fail on them as if they were vanilla.
Thanks for modding! I'm considering trying to run this as a large maybe late summer. I think before I roll alignments I might just do what you said and write out the 40+ wincons (especially if some need to be touched up) so I can make all the wincons and losecons (if relevant) public.
