But the 2 scums can simply not voting, and the town is impossible to achieve the win con I guess?

I wouldn't mind making edits to this as suggested, I think it works then. But yes, it is broken right now. Mislim on D1 and that is a scum win every time. Either make it 7p, lose the factional kill, or retain the vig at parity. Those are the fixes that would debug this.

If scum don't vote each other they win, which means they either win or are playing against their wincon which is against the rules. Therefore they have already won.

7.5 is indeed a good half-integer, it is 3/4ths of 10
