I think penguin has to claim to be my partner if we did that play, and claim that the vote was to make sure our faction survived. But I don't think that we need to claim here outside of me.

I’d like my fakeclaim to be a character that you would give the power “once per game, can fix a broken device”. Maybe an engineer that isn’t in the game yet? My preferences for engineer would be: old Scotty from the transporter stasis, Geordi, Cockerain, whoever the enterprise engineer was…

Other option: Tellarite with some appropriate benign power
