I agree that it’s off. A few points are weird and don’t quite match. I’m also confused why a couple would be left off especially when one is extremely vocal, especially when he added “I have no idea” about SF. Why not just comment on the rest?

based on what I saw in the second game I played it could subconsciously be trying to avoid having to form reads on maf partner (if Mango+Ydrasse team)

I’m actually really annoyed if he meant all of those posts that he jumped on the SF wagon instead of skitter just because she was defending him. Scum knows who town is, and he knows that. I’m retroactively getting upset he did that now. I don’t get that move. He was scared of being limmed and decided to be the 3rd person on a wagon with his scumread instead of the 3rd person on the wagon trying to lim that scumread. It’s just ridiculous and imo couldn’t “develop” any reads, I don’t see how it would’ve. Either way with 2 other, new wagons, it means he was no longer in danger so to use that as an excuse is wild.

I think it’s more likely that dragon is partnered with Ydra in some way over purposely trying to save skitter. I can’t tell. Unless he’s just that impressionable and he gets swayed by the first person to townread him.

I don’t understand how you’re not understanding. You repped into a slot, what dragon did doesn’t disappear. It’s your slot. There was a situation that happened between your slot, Ydra and skitter.

Once you repped in, you also had that weird “playful” as you call it back and forth with Ydra and said you didn’t have a read on skitter. I’d think you’d have some sort of read after catching up on the entire thread up to your rep-in. The fact you have so little to say is definitely odd, in my opinion.

PurpleMango

in this game thus far:

His first few posts were fluff, joining in with the rest of us. NAI in any way.

His first seemingly serious posts are defending sleepy/skitter-slot: 308, 312, 314, 317, 320.

Moving the conversation onto someone else: 322.

Asking dragon about his sus on sleepy/skitter-slot: 328, 331, 337.

Being quite irresolute with his reads: 341, 342, 344, 347.

Makes a solid claim about reads in 439 but then walks it back immediately into uncertain territory with 441.

More ambiguity with 539.

First real reads in 985 but then gets slightly less sturdy with 1002 and 1003.

It feels like the willingness to vote skitter in 1005 is disingenuous distancing? (possibly)

Offers to expand on the one thing he seems most certain of in 1132, we shall see if that post ever comes to fruition.

My conclusion is that if he is scum, it seems very likely that it’s with skitter just from his ISO. But this is a tentative idea in my head.

I’d like to comment on the Jack-dragon interaction because I think I have a good read on it. I think it was NAI on both of their parts. If Jack is pinging anyone based off of that, I’m fairly confident he was just genuinely annoyed at dragon. I’m not saying it absolves him of anything else in the game but that specific encounter I’d like to firmly say is NAI for Jack (and I’m semi-confident it was the same from dragon but things he did before and after were possibly AI, however maybe the lines are blurred)

The problem I have is that I think if Skitter didn’t rep out, she would’ve been limmed. So the rep out literally gave that slot new life and that’s insane to me. If there was enough to lim off of before a rep, an entrance that didn’t even provide any real detailed thoughts about the game shouldn’t be enough to take that slot off the table now.

Look at this point, I don’t think anyone will get the support to be limmed. This flip will give us way more information than any other flip, in my opinion. No matter the flip, we can analyze the support/resistance as well as the night kill and be in a better position to solve the game Day 2.

So why not look at those two? If you’re town, maybe you hitched your wagon to scum because you gravitated to other experienced players.

You can still scumread purple, but it can’t just be purple. But I also sus him for saying he’d vote skitter/snivy even with no good reason but then has never done so.

What information will you have with a scum vs town flip here?

Who was actively pushing counter wagons, who was pushing more people to get put at e-1 to claim after snivy claimed VT, who seemed to have tmi if the flip isn’t red, etc. Voting patterns are only going to be indicative if snivy goes because of how consistent the wagon vs counter wagon has been.
