Such a warm warm welcome Tar.

How could I ever thank you?

Im away on weekends, but im here now.

All I have to offer the town is my vote as a vanilla townie.

my question about the cult guy (Surye)
is it a given that the cultist would turn on the town at the end? or is he a survivor who wins if he lives?

also, I agree somewhat that the whole selflessness of tar and ckd has thrown a wrench into my outlook of things. there is somethign behind it, but i cannot tell if it is for the towns good or a hell of a scum ploy.

To be quite honest, there is something about the claimed masons that is really bothering me, and this is the reason I havent dropped a vote on Tar as of yet.

I was in a game on another site where I was the mafia GF and was masoned to a townie, and this was what made it possible for me to win the game. For some reason, I think history is repeating itself here.

So I want to do a bit more reading before giving in to Tar's plan.

there is no reason to lynch Tar over Surye.
Lynching you or Tar will confirm who you are and narrow down our list of suspects.

Lynch Surye does nothing right now because we pretty much know who he is.

Simply put, there is more to learn from a tar or CKD lynch than a Surye one on this day.

Lynching Surye causes us to probably get rid of an anti-town role, which is better than gaining information in any circumstance.

Also, something doesn't link up correct with Tarhalindur's analysis. I think I read it incorrectly.
Surye is a survivor right now, and would benefit more from a scum lynch than a town lynch because he is just as viable a target going into the night as the rest of us are, so this would push him to scum hunt also.
