I think I took Serene's comment that they were losing the game for town whatever their alignment in the sign-up thread to seriously. We really should have lynched them before B&B.

That comment in signup thread was a joke about how piss-poor Serene1's play was in NY165

I was pretty shocked that mastinAP actually got lynched, especially after we changed our claim. Always lynch me if I change my claim, I've said it like a thousand times--- I don't do that as town because I don't fakeclaim as town. Mastin was spot-on when he said that I was playing to my scum meta part and parcel. Serene's ISO was pretty much intentionally useless for the purpose of scumhunting after our lynch. You'll see in the dead topic that basically two things happened:

1- We decided to try and save zoraster with our fakeclaim. This went over like a lead balloon so we went for plan B before anyone could figure out what had happened...

2- We then trolled the shit out of the town and did everything in our power to use our inevitable lynch to break up what was a very strong town bloc. Mastin, AP, BRO, Cheery, Brian, mollie, Desperado, Nacho and Sven all have extensive experience both with one another and with several members of the scumteam. And for the most part, all of these players were town-reading each other. And four of them were lovers together! We decided to cut the head off of the snake and sacrifice ourselves to lynch mastin and AP. We tried to kill the lovers (god dammit), and we knew that BRO was on borrowed time anyway. We buddied the living crap out of Brian (and Zepher) while bussing Jordan into the ground.

For the most part it worked. Those of you unfortunate enough to ISO our slot found yourselves looking at an incomprehensible wall of lunacy and trolling. Jordan was mostly untouchable to many of you because we had cross-bussed so heavily. By Day 4, even though two scum were down, the town bloc was in tatters.

SleepyKrew wins the Golden Mist award for this game--- once he replaced in, he took over as one of the "town leaders." He took advantage of the creeping apathy and used it to spin the narrative that took the team to endgame. I want to say this is my first time seeing SK as scum, and I was impressed.

Honestly, I was impressed with everyone's play this game. I seriously didn't think we'd win this at various points, and I don't feel like I can pick one player whose performance was terrible. All-in-all, I had a blast.

Thanks for modding, Tripod. Definitely one of my three favorite mods.

The town let me Lynch your most dangerous and vocal town player. While openly playing my scum meta.

Not lynching hiplop after literally everyone called him scum was pretty bad too, and Goodmorning was incredibly town

Jordan was allowed to lurk and coast off crossbus cred even though every player in this game knows I bus hard

No one pressured Serene for reads other than on B&B, which allowed us to make our ISO nice and useless.

None of these are mechanic related either

Unbalanced toward scum? Two commuters and a BP?

And a vig? The game could have potentially ended in a win for town at daybreak day 3. Hell, even the end of day 3 if B&B still got mislynched day 2

I know I wrote it

I seriously don't even remember adding this part:

You may be disgusted and shocked now, but that's okay because dingdong. Your life won't ever be the same again once somebody considers your father a "turdburglar", and somebody tends to use that term as loosely as possible. Got some spare change?
