Action: Inspect guard (clothing, items on him, etc)

Alright, here's what I'm going to do.

Action: Take the mattress stuffing and wad it up into a sizable ball. Flush it down the toilet and clog the toilet until it overflows with water. Call the guard over to my cell and while he fixes the toilet, attempt to steal the key.

That maintenance guy is going to have tools.

Okay so I have come up with multiple ways for us to get out:
Option 1: Acquire food from the guard and use the spoon to dig a way out.
Option 2: Ambush the maintenance guy that is comming to TellTaleHeart's cell and get tools.
Option 3: Make a rope out of our underwear and use it as a tripline to ambush the guard.
Option 4: Use excessive force to pull out the screws on our bed (Not sure how that would help though)
Option 5: AcRv use his pants to strangle the guard.

TellTaleHeart and AcRv have the best opportunities right now...

The existence of a "maintenance guy" implies a facility staffed by a lot more than the guard we see. Violence may be necessary eventually, but that doesn't seem like the smart way to start.

TTH should grab a useful tool surreptitiously so no one notices. I think that's the best way to move forward with the least complications.

Action: While waiting for the maintenance guy to show up, hollow out a small hole on the underside of the torn mattress to hide things in.

Well that was a well thought out move and not impulsive at all.

Personal action: Grab the dagger and key from the incapacitated guard. Hold the magical doctor man at knife point and force him to cure Antihero. Stab him in the throat if he tries anything.

Action: Using the key, unlock all the cells except Jackal's.
Action: Remove clothes from guard and use them to bind and gag him. If possible, try to crudely bandage the neck wound. Drag the guard into an empty cell and lock him in.
