I voted Shaft.ed because he tagged along with ABR for the Coolbot wagon. ABR was town, but it was a scummy move in my eyes and I think a scum would have jumped at the chance to move it along.

I found ABR town because he had argued so much with Adel and Coolbot, who I found scummy.

All that said, I don't believe Xtoxm's claim for a SECOND. In this game, as scum, that would be my absolute first claim. Scum wouldn't know where the second kill came from, and so would assume there to be an SK (not an unfair assumption). That said, the flavor means that they'd choose an out-there role. He also claimed on a dime, which in my eyes means he was eager to do so. Few people are eager to claim in my experience besides scum who have thought their claim out thoroughly.

This would be the FIRST Coolbot wagon that I'm refering to. The one that ABR and shaft.ed were the primary pushers of that died out later, only to be revived later in the game. That one was on very BAD reasoning. The one that finally led to his lynch was considerably better-based.

FOS to Gorrad. You shouldnt be THAT sure a claim is false just because you would claim that. Doesnt change the fact that the role may exist. The premature claim is fishy though, which is why my vote is still there, but I dont see how the claim can take you from not voting to voting him.

On the other hand, I don't like the last votes on the wagon. They seem really of the idea of "if I hammah and he turns up town I'll get attacked." If they weren't as reprehensive, great, but those votes took FOREVER to pile on.

So, I reread up to 12 and thought that Ecto looks sketchy for his derailing of the Surye wagon. So I then looked at the most recent couple of pages and realized that he had not posted. So using my powers of looking at the front page, I discovered that Ecto had been replaced by Gorrad. This, of course, blew my mind. I had thought that Gorrad was scummy over the last few pages! So this is quite an interesting development in my actually paying attention to this game. One thing that threw me off was his second to last post of Day 1, where he accuses Adel of possibly bussing coolbot. Adel turned up scum the next day, so im not sure of what to think about that. Anyways, I just felt like bringing up this little revelation in light of the recent comment of Gorrad about having "role-based info" to explain his doubt of the Xtoxm claim. And thats my two cents.

On another interesting note, I'd like to return to the Surye wagon just a second and look at one of the major factors in its demise, which is Adel. Adel has turned up scum. Makes you wonder why Adel's spirited attack died away for an ill-reasoned vote as soon as the wagon on Surye started to get serious.

I'm buying Xtoxm's claim for now. The role of FBI agent makes sense meta-breaking-wise regardless of whether there is actually an SK. An SK/SK-investigation role pair is rare, and an SK investigation role with no SK would epitomize meta-breaking.

Precisely why he would have chosen it. I don't think the meta-breakings are in the sense of 'OMG I never see this role!!!!', but more things like the RB ACTUALLY being town, maybe some funky cop/doc sanities, I'm seriously expecting the mafia to have a role-cop. Xtoxm would have chosen FBI Agent because he's Xtoxm and, as I stated, it would be the IDEAL fakeclaim.

The usually chainsawing SK might well be a vig with a chainsaw or something, for the purposes of this game. Doesn't mean we should trust someone who's claims the kill's though...
