I already found that Tally was kinda suspicious. Not terribly so, but enough that i noticed it. When MMCL said he had additional info I was willing to follow him up on it.
I don't want a lynch right now though. I want a claim.

I'm actually not too worried about Talitha. After all of this Talitha still hasn't claimed right?
Perhaps Talitha is used to the barrage and is scum with self interest at heart.
(That is what I was just thinking about when I read the posts before mine now.)

Anyhoo...if substantial evidence (well, what is that anyway in this kind of game?)(Evidence that leads the majority of players to seriously conretely not only consider voting but actively vote...(?) )
comes up then it'll probably make this discussion on Talitha and MMCL much better?

I'm going to look into the lulu thing, because I haven't yet seen this person in games, and people seem to be talking about lulu a lot (well not a LOT but enough for me to notice I don't really know that person(not that I REALLY know the lot of you save for one a bit more than nill))

I'm not sure - MMCL seems sure about his result, but this is Day 1 in a big game. Any cop's sanity is likely to be questionable. But he's an experienced (enough) player, and he seems sure, for reasons unknown. He could be pulling a Lepton, but nobody seems to have done that in a long while - Mafia tends to use that idea when they get pointed at day 1 more than most. But then that's all the more reason to use it. But Talitha said earlier she believed he was innocent but mistaken (She appears to have changed her mind now)

-OTOH Talitha isn't all that helpful, but she does have a possibly valid point about lulu.

So I'm not sure, and since Talitha is a better player as scum than as town, I'm inclined to lynch. She can still help us when it's night in this game, can't she?

okay, and silgado, i was confused about the tally/mmcl thing. i really didn't see the reasoning behind mmcl's suspicions.

because of my confusion, i decided to try and be clever and point out how their behavior was appearing. maybe he was or she was or they both were or none of them were scum. that's what i tried to convey with my post. who knew it could be so horribly horribly misunderstood. and i dont get how any other post i might have written could be mistaken otherwise either. all i was doing was covering my ass because i know i and other people sometimes have a tendency to blow things out of proportion. like that lurky tally thing, which i admittedly followed for lack of any other lead.

Okay, I looked things over again and MMCL I think you are wrong on Talitha.
I do (think) at least one of lulu, wacky, nanook, or URAJ is scum and a vote for one of those 4 would be appropriate.

I can easily cast a vote for one of those four at the moment and rather easily vote for nanook- anyone else have a thought other then MMCL?

Question to MMCL:

Is your information about Talitha such that, were she innocent, she would have a good idea what sort of role would see her as suspicious?

For example, if she were an investigator who had check TSS last night, she could guess that you might be a tracker.

Alternately, if you were a tracker, had followed X last night to Talitha's, and decided to vote here to see if X joined the bandwagon, she would have no idea what sort of information you had.

Oh! What about a nightwatchman type role?
They get to follow people for a part of the night and they can see what goes on around them.
If something negative happens around them it could mean theyre mafia but it doesn't necassarily.
The watchman can also sometimes be helpful but not a doctor.
Hm at least thats how it was written for me.

HM If Tally was a gf like role that had protection from investigations...wouldn't the mod make sure that everything went ok for her?

I don't know about Tally being a godfather or not, but I do find it a bit odd that MMCL says that he knows Tally's role and here he has been pushing for her lynch earlier. Do you really know her role enough to have voted her, and if so why take the vote off?

My reasoning for being confused and not sure who to vote for and stuff is because I have fallen behind in the game. Everytime I come back to this game, there is so much to catch up on, and the Village and Town stuff is confusing enough with just the one thread. I am usually much more active in games, but it's been getting harder. I guess I'll stop signing up for a while til I can get to a reasonable amount.

P.S. Those who are dead in the other game can actually be silenced by mafia kill. So they are also more likely to be targets.

I think we should discuss the mechanics of this game some more and come up with various modifications to strategies of regular roles etc. This would increase town chances.
