b)can play as if the mushroom never existed (which, since that's how we were playing before gimbo's claim, isn't that great a loss, yes?)

Also, as people like incrediball would know had they bothered to read the thread, if we use all our coins, the mafia can't take them by killing, hypothetical coin thieves can't steal coins we don't have, and we, get, say five investigations. Or eight vigs. Seems like a pretty good deal to me.

because right now. It's either Cream or TSN, and its not a rash thing. I've had my eyes on both, but TSN just asked for a coin claim, even though we've already mentioned how that is dangerous and eh also mentioend so solution that doesn't seem to be helpful in my eyes.

if you don't agree with someone's idea, that doesn't automatically make it scummy.

farside, the odds of finding scum almost completely depend on how many scum there are.

anyway, so, so far:
at first, i thought rogue meant to be reffering to TSPN in the post where he unvoted, and got him confused with cream.

however, the fact that rogue didn't say that's what happened when everyone started getting suspicious of him leaves me... confused, to say the least.

gimbo question: i can see that it's possible, but don't think it's too likely. depends mostly on what exactly its pro-scum ability is.

I would condone that the rest of the town give me the coins. I said "at any point" that means at any point. I don't need to wait to night for my item. Then I can confirm the same way gimbo was.

The possible outcomes are this.

1) I am confirmed and we get on with the real scumhunting.

2) I keep the cash and I am not confirmed, you lynch me. The town loses 10 coins.

10 coins= two investigations by the way... I would easily trade that for a scum lynch day one. Wouldn't you.

3) we keep the coins and lynch you. if it turns out you were telling the truth, gimbo revives you and we buy you a banana. the town loses nothing.

i'm liking the way pop is getting coins. however, i am NOT liking your choice of target.

gremwall seems to be an odd one. he says it's ok for pop to try and nightkill him, even though he knows that if he's town, then the nightkill will fail, wasting a star. If he's scum, he's practically giving himself up, which i don't see a scum doing. but his pro-town line of thinking, well... it isn't very pro-town.

it's a null-tell on his alignment, but if pop hits grem, and he's pro-town, then we've lost a nightkill.


if the aim of the game is to find out grem's alignment, then it would be easier to feather him, no?

or have i got completely the wrong end of of the stick?
