I didn't direct quote my PM, obv. its good since I was right about it being in the rules not too.
Are you seriously gonna flip over one word? I can see why you'd be concerned, but that seems pretty anal, especially since they mean the same thing pretty much.
(and yes saying so in my own defense makes it pretty moot but sometimes I cant keep my mouth shut)Showyou done goofed.

Darla, could you at least summarize the flavour justification for your role? I'm pretty sure rolename wouldn't break the rules about quoting as well. This seems like a made-up claim to me.ShowCurrent Record (wins-losses-abandoned)

If you guys are into lynch-all-liars then GS's "hammer promise" should make you happy.
I'm with wolves; his case is very convincing.Well if you're so sure what it ain't, how about tellin' us what it am!-

I was mistaken. I posted that in another game. Sorry for the confusion.Shepherd_of_Wolves wrote:You say that you promised to hammer. Where do you say that? The only reference I see to the Hammer vote is this.
I hardly call 3 votes "vote-hopping". My 1st vote on DBE was joining a wagon. My 2nd vote was on you cause you voted me. The 3rd was the hammer, need I say more.Shepherd_of_Wolves wrote:[1] All D-2 you vote hopped.
Correct you are.Shepherd_of_Wolves wrote:[2] You robbed Xofelf the chance to plead her defense. And now we have one less town member. Town has no need to prevent the innocent from defending themselves, heck we allow everyone innocent or guilty the chance to defend.
I could have done any one of those, but she could have claimed as well.Shepherd_of_Wolves wrote:[3] Now you try to say that it would be too bold for you to have been scum and use the hammer. That is a load of crap IMO, coming from you. You make it sound like that was a pro town move. You could have questioned her prior to voting, especially knowing she was on the ledge and there was time to question. You could have offered explanation for considering her. There is no benefit to us by what you did.
See post 183 and 247Shepherd_of_Wolves wrote:[4] Your first real question came today. Why wait until D-3 to get around to your first question.
Yeah, I couldn't find this could you direct me to a post.Shepherd_of_Wolves wrote:You accuse me and Coheed of being equally as suspicious in voting Xofelf. I know that I questioned, reasoned and prodded for responsive behavior from her. You did not. So, if you want to point out something useful, please do. What else do you have to suspect me, Coheed, or anyone else for that matter.
No he didn't refer to me but he did say he didn't like their "vote" and "willingness". I'm the one that made the connection that theirs was as bad as my hammer.Shepherd_of_Wolves wrote:You say Populartajo alluded that Coheed and Amor look just as bad as you. That is another lie. He said nothing about you. He did not like Coheeds vote, and Amor's willingness. You went far beyond willingness and hammered. That not only looks, but actually is way worse, given that the opportunity was still available for defense and discussion. Further, you want to change the appearance of how you look. Like I told Malthusis, scum are most worried about appearance.
ooooo.....A whole post dedicated to me. Don't feel special..Shepherd_of_Wolves wrote:I want this post to be dedicated to my accusations on Grease.
Regardless of how you feel about me, the town will be less one member if I am gone. If you are happy with that then you are not a member of the town group.-

I dont think that Greasy deserves more attention than Darla. I guess he starts playing D2, D3 to avoid lynchs and nightkills. His style is pretty convenient for scum at the beginning of the game but he'll have to start to make sense if he doesnt want to be lynched soon. He's a top suspect.
For now, I think Darla's situation is extremely convenient for her. Village miller? Where did the village come from?I think she's a healthy lynch.
Why dont you, Goborage?Call me Tajo.

Well I can't prove she's innocent but I think her case is way weaker than GS's. From what I gather, the points against her are: defending lots of people day 1 (not scummy in my eyes), "vote-hopping" (no worse than GS and she did eventually land on Malth), and the claim (I don't think it's possible to infer alignment from it).
If there is anything I'm missing please point it out.
Even with all these points in one post, DBE still does not look as bad as GS.
Atm I don't think DBE is any more scummy than you. I read your D2 180 turn on Mac as an inconsistency in behaviour which is imo more damning than any one of the points against DBE.Well if you're so sure what it ain't, how about tellin' us what it am!-

What inconsistency? Its pretty obvious to me that Malthusis coming up scum pretty much semiconfirmed Macavenger as pro-town. (although Ive been wondering why he's still alive)
I still dont understand why is GS more scummy than DBE. I can understand me but not GS. His playstyle sucks and he has started to make sense recently but his last post reads totally neutral too me.Call me Tajo.

GS's defense is pretty bad imo.
"I was mistaken. I posted that in another game. Sorry for the confusion."
He admits he had no excuse for his hammer.
"I hardly call 3 votes "vote-hopping". My 1st vote on DBE was joining a wagon. My 2nd vote was on you cause you voted me. The 3rd was the hammer, need I say more."
Three votes in 5 (?) pages is quite a lot. It's particularly scummy looking when it's just to join a bandwagon. What kind of townie is so blood-thirsty?

Lol where's the defense here?
Mac helping to lynch Malth doesn't automatically make him town. He could simply be selling his newb partner down the river to make himself look town. For a guy so gung-ho on Mac's guilt D1, I'm surprised you didn't point this out D2.Well if you're so sure what it ain't, how about tellin' us what it am!-

You make good points about him. I wouldnt be surprised if he's indeed scum. My problem with you is besides the hammer and that post what makes you think he's more scummy than Darla?goborage wrote:GS's defense is pretty bad imo.

Gobo, what conclusions do you get from Malthusis coming up scum? Do you think Mac is more possible scum than town? DO you think Darla is more possible town than scum?goborage wrote:Mac helping to lynch Malth doesn't automatically make him town. I really don't believe Darla's claim, especially because she has failed to be able to give flavour. I think at this point she is definitely scum and we should lynch her.
The other lynch candidate at this point seems to be Greasy Spot. While his actions so far are far from pro-town, he seems to be blatantly lurking/not taking the game seriously, which is more of a playstyle than a tell. He could well be scum and goofing around, but especially given his meta it's a null tell and odds are he's town.ShowCurrent Record (wins-losses-abandoned)

We pretty much can't let Darla live at this point, because Miller is way too good of a scum claim -especiallywhen it's claimed in response to a probable guilty investigation from a cop. Darla's play hasn't been anywhere near what a Miller should be playing either. Miller's should be trying to look extremely pro-town to a) dodge investigations and b) draw the nightkill.
The flavor in the Riceballtail scene pretty clearly says "cop" to me. The gun is the only thing that points towards vig, but cops also carry guns. The leaning against the wall, the clicks, and the reference to the sensor all point towards investigation.
Basically, we have a dead cop who's play is indicative of a guilty on DBE. I also agree that a rolename of just "Miller" or "Village Miller" doesn't fit with this game. We should be lynching DBE."By far the towniest player in the game. Very good scum hunting, doesn't let anyone off the hook. All in all I find Mac's posts insightful and thought-provoking.
