Because you aren't using a reasonable, applicable comparison. You are comparing chihuahuas to wolves.

What you are doing is Strawmanning though. You are asking me to defend myself by explaining known logical fallicies, drawing attention from my original argument.

This is what I was thought it was too.

@gob: I suspect that a scum player has some ability where they eat that mushroom and gain an ability. Anyway, it's currently not a risk if it doesn't exist. (I'm thinking a Wario role... he seems to like rotten things.)

Even Peach might be a mechanic from where I sit...

You are right clueless, you are.

What exactly have I said or.. rather... not said that's so evil and scumbaggy?

this is scummy as hell. and half of what you just said is B.S

sounds very much like scum fishing for power town roles.

phoebus wrote

again sounds like your fishing to find peach.
I don't like this post. K7 throws a lot of scummy inflections on Phoebus' words without giving the Phoebus any room to reply. Things like "You are scummy" and "This is BS". He doesn't even seem to want a reply. K7's post just seems like an easy way to park a vote.
i didnt like his peach fishing, and your saying i left the bigger cream wagon to jump on phoebus who only had one vote on him at the time just so i can safly park my vote?

Ok, i think if anyone claims a confirmable claim, they most likely not scum (not saying they are exactly town).

think about it, why would a scum claim anything, even if its confirmable and might mislead others. If a scum claims a role that is confirmable, it'll come back to bite them in the ass because people will be watching out for how these players use their abilities later on.

But since there are only 2 claims right now and people seems to not want to lynch Cream...

first i think the Rogue claim is pretty fishy, it seems like the 10-coin thing is made up to make us reluctant to test it.

bahhh!

Yes. That is what you are doing. He is proven to have a non-standard role, and that is good enough for now. Your argument was "the game rules work, so I must be town", mine is "the game rules don't apply to him, which is a sign his role works as claimed, and usually that is pro-town".

Alright, fair enough. You've proven that my example was flawed. (Also, I apologise for being an ass about it)

But my argument still stands. Why should people who have had aspects of their role confirmed be seen as more likely to be town than those who have not?

Scum are more likely to be vanilla then town, and that specific ability seems very odd for a scum.

Same with perma jail.
