Ummm... Yeah, I'm here.
How about this: Alright, so we've got, what, two lynches left.
I think we need to make a quick lynch for this day to progress with our current level of activity. I realise that those aren't ideal, but even that will give us a good new set of knowledge, and on tomorrow, the remaining should be three, and I know no one likes LyLo, but we'll be able to find the last scum easy.
And that's assuming the person we lynch today is
not
scum.

Again Atticus is pushing for a quicklynch for non-game-related reasons. What 'good set of new knowledge' you think lynching gnwf just to avoid replacement would give?
b) We'll have all the knowledge we had before, Then we'll know that he was town, that I was pushing for a simply lynchlynchlynch on him, and that you were against the lynchlynch.

There is no connections, we already know that there is only one scum, and thus a player P is scum only if all others are town. Finding out GNWF is town therefore does not have any impact on relative likelihoods of other players being scum.
And, anyway, today is going to end with us lynching someone and either winning or learning he is town. You failed to explain why lynching gnwf would have some special informational advantage. And what possible needing replacement has to do with anything.
You're saying that all three people who have played the role of the original split9012 have no connections whatsoever? Come now, don't be so trusting. Does not explaining now count as failing to explain? I thought that to fail, you had to try to pass. But I won't anyway, because I don't see how it matters.

Well, I was sort of possibly considering a lynch on GNWF because of his inactivity as well, but I'm not sure if he is lurking because he is scum, or because all of his people actally left this site.

I meant that he has no connections with any of the remaining players as he trivially isn't a scumbuddy of any of them, and thus lynching him doesn't give any information about the others.
But perhaps I misunderstood and your point wasn't to lynch him because of the possibility of acquiring 'a new set of knowledge'?
So now someone has to be scum to be connected? Not that he isn't, but it was my impression that scum more commonly connected themselves to town than to their scumbuddies, simply to make things harder for us. I know, they are so mean.

I can watch this game until the 15th. If GNWF doesn't post soon, I will have to find a replacement for him. Also poked some other players with a stick; you don't
I don't think a deadline is the right thing to do in this situation, but I am unsure whetehr it is best to go and lynch GNWF and hope that was right or we can get things right tomorrow, or if we should look into the other options.
Really, the only reason why I am considering going for GNWF is that there seems to be no better options. I don't want to mess up at put us in LyLo though. But it would kick up activity, prevent a mod from finding another replacement, and it seems to be me like the scummiest, albeit a small margin.

My point was that no additional information about relative scumminess of other players is gained by lynching someone.
If there are some information to be gained by oberving weilawei to be town, it can be analyzed already now assuming he is town.
