If infected he's just enjoying himself
If town he's doing a "reaction test"

I feel like as scum he's trying to stall out as long as possible, then at the last second finally reveal that his inno result was on whoever the leading wagon is, forcing us to rush into a different, less thought out lynch.

Infected trolling is also definitely also possible.

Town has no reason not to just tell us who those results are on so we can narrow down the lynch pool.
