Well, with the deadline pressure coming, ZS is in a lot of trouble right now. He was almost lynched, and I don't know how many more times town is going to risk a no lynch at night.

My point is that were he scum, he might be likely to fake a power role to at least last another night. Since this is a theme game, he could even fake one that would be very unlikely to be counterclaimed.

Instead, he claimed an unimaginative Chewbaca vanilla townie. This may just be a lack of imagination on his part.

Last, if he were scum and close to being lynched, he might as well try and get a counterclaim or someone to at least softclaim his role and out someone.

So that's why my first reaction is to believe him.

What I mean is how do we know that Chewbacca wasn't a safeclaim given to him by the mod? Your post didn't even address my question, because you just addressed why you believed the claim. Perhaps you were unfamiliar with the term "safeclaim."

Fakeclaiming a power role is kind of risky.

Fakeclaiming is risky? I don't see how it's any more risky than fakeclaiming town. Yes, you're more likely to get someone to counterclaim you, but even if they do counterclaim you, boom. you've identified for your teammates a power role. Maybe not a trade you'd take under ideal circumstances (depending on the power role), but certainly a trade you'll take when you're close to being lynched.

I don't believe the claim. This game's theme is one where I would be shocked if the scum had no safeclaims. That, and Star Wars is a movie I'd give safeclaims of if I was the mod- it's such a staple of the genre, it would be hard to imagine the game without it- therefore making it an ideal safeclaim. Plus, Chewie's too awesome to be a townie.

I'm fairly confident here, and if I'm wrong we only lynch a townie. Stop: Collaborate and Listen to me.

The 12 who remained looked around and finally decided on one person whom they thought was responsible for Yogurt's death. ZombieSlayer54 was the accused. He was brought to the center of the group, and the disintegration ray was lowered towards him.
"Wait, I'm Chewbacca! Don't kill me. Listen."
He let out a loud growl, and looked at the others for their approval.
"Liar, only evil people make those sorts of noises. Fire."
The ray was fired, and ZombieSlayer54 fell to the ground, his form shifting into something more recognizable.

As he saw his body start to disappear, he spoke his last words.
"Find those responsible, or we're all doomed."



In the control room, the researchers saw Chewbacca disappear, and immediately turned to their copy of Star Wars. As they watched it, they noticed a large absence. Chewbacca was nowhere to be found. Could it be that disappearing inside the program caused them to disappear outside of it? It appeared so. It became much more important to find the evil ones now.

So as not to forget Chewbacca in the years to come, the researchers decided to create a video in his memory


Inside the program, the characters saw the sky darken fully, and knew that they could do nothing else that day.

The sun rose upon yet another new landscape for the characters who remained.

As the began to look around their surroundings, they didn't see any bodies lining the ground. How strange. They took another look around, because they expected to see a body.
Off in the distance, they heard a shout.
"Help, help, I'm being repressed!"

They ran towards the voice, and came upon a strange creature eating Rishi, who had been an important part of the group the day before.

The other characters ran towards him, looking for a way to save him from the hideous creature. Unfortunately, they couldn't see anything near them, and Rishi was quickly disappearing into the creature.

Rishi took one last look at the group, and spoke his last:
"Do you see him repressing me?"

As he said this, both he and the creature disappeared.





The researchers stared in horror at what had just gone on in front of their eyes. They had nothing to do with that, so who could have?

I'm very suspicious of his hammer vote. We were having a conversation on whether his claim was believable or not, and I think I may have been making an impression. So his hammer vote coming in seems aggressive and intended to cut off discussion.

I understand that he could have been attempting to keep us from no lynching, but (1) he makes no mention of this and (2) there was still 4-5 hours left before a possible no lynch was going to occur.

All this added with the fact that he was scum last time he hammered a vote in a game I was in. The last isn't meant to be damning evidence (everyone has to hammer at some point), but just to point it out.

Dude, I hammer all the frikkin' time. In this case, I gave what I believe to be reasonable reason why I voted.

I'd like to propose a movie-claim. People don't say roles or specific names, just what movie. I'll explain my reasons for this later. Any objections?

Gor: If you're gonna use meta like that please point to some examples of you hammering similarly as town.

The movie claim idea is interesting. If I hear how this can help the town and not the scum, or at least hopefully not backfire, I could maybe get on board. Or would telling me that much defeat the purpose?
