are you later claiming in post 596 that you think one of the peopel you have already investigated is scum, or are you saying you think it is cougar?

post 596 is me trying to tell SC that his points against Wumbo are anti-town, which they are. I feel that either Cougar is scum or someone I investigated is scum.

I'm going to suggest no lynch again. Suppose Coug is scum, he won't die, and he must tell us someone is town, which would confirm another one of us - preferably either Wumbo or Cass. That would make things much easier since we still have 2 lynches.

why dont you want me cleared?? is there anything majorly different between me and cass' posistion in this game that i dont know about?

ok, just read 612. does the game go in a different direction if someone else is killed during the night? or does the whole it is better to no lynch thing only work if Batt's assumption that he gets killed work?

And I just saw our mod getting replaced in a different game, so I have a bad feeling about this. A temp mod would be good, I wanna know how this ends!

I just checked; she hasn't posted on this site for two weeks now. Before that, she reported serious computer problems. So I guess her PC died or something. I fear we'll need a replacement mod for this game.

Damn it. Roleblocked again trying to track Wumbo. I was contemplating Battousai for awhile, but then again, I can believe him, which is why I didn't go after him.

First thoughts:
- assuming SC nor Batt is the last scum: the scum opted to block SC. So they felt more threatened by him than by Batt. Possibly they already knew he is naive. That could mean me or Geraint is scum.
- nothing has proven Batt or SC are telling the truth. Either of them could still be the scum.

In short, we have zero confirmed innocents. Joy.

We seem to be ignoring Wumbo. I tried to track him last night based on his anti-town behavior yesterday, especially his wanting himself lynched.

geraintm is right about there being zero confirmed innocents. In fact, I think scum opted to keep both Battousai and me alive partly to get rid of the confirmed innocent. If Battousai and Wumbo both live through tomorrow and the former investigates the latter, then depending on the result, either Wumbo is the last scum by process of elimination or Battousai is naïve if not scum.

I'm going to hang onto my vote until I get more information on the other players.

I said again, I wanted to get lynched because it would end the suspicion on me. But the argument against lynching anyone was fairly convincing.

A no lynch would result in one person being killed in this phase (either myself or SC). That leaves 5 alive going into the next phase. Lets say I died. If SC is scum, she can claim Cass targetted me last night. You lynch Cass and she SC lied. The next day Litral is dead. The remaining players are Geraintm, SC, and Wumbo. If there are two scum left then it's game over. If it's there's one then it's a town win.

Why do you feel advocating your own lynch is necessary to end the suspicion on you? It's much better to defend yourself than to do that.
