and fwiw i don't think you're posturing (like as either alignment you could have forgotten/not realized that those weren't players), so i think asking what your motivation inherently is a bit faulty as a question, because i don't think you did it purposefully

i'm p sure she was mis-flip-y day1 and i spent most of day1 arguing that she was town flipbait, she got voted out anyways, and then i was under pressure for white-knighting her afterwards

pedit i was wrong on lilith like my first time seeing her scumgame but other than that i'm p spot on
the last time we played (the last iteration of pyp x|y) i had an accurate read off of like her first three posts and proceeded to spend the rest of the game trying to get her flipped, which nobody listened to; the slot either endgamed or was voted out like day5 or something i dont' remember, i was dead at that point

either way i was very, very, very confident on it and was right

I read one of yyotta's towngames (I think) and it was actually kinda okay, pretty meh play but not the completely off-base stuff I see here. There was also genuine-looking content further in the ISO
my vote stays.

That's the only thing that makes sense from a cat-scum POV. I don't think an otherwise context-less "let me do some just outright bad stuff so people might go 'too scummy to be scum'" is really a valid strategy. And I don't think that cat's play is indicates a noob level approach to the game where they are just falling into these bad plays.

The posts asking to cease "cutesy joking" seemed to imply that you knew it was not-serious, and that seemed a mild overreaction.
The lack of initial concern about my responding to the horrible rolefishing question -if serious- rather than whether it was a secret alt was a little interesting.

Yeah, I think the obvious candidates for cat-scum doing a weird strategy to draw attention to herself and away from the bomb is either shadow or me, just in terms of votes and who has garnered attention.

Can't think of anyone else who would fit the bill, but maybe infinity?

I mean, she's likely forced to read lilith correctly anyway if scum, because it looks sus if she misreads her. Them being scum together is unlikely by stats, and I get the sense that lilith is relatively easy to read in general. Which is why it's odd that I seem to disagree with skitter on lilith's alignment atm. Like, being prickly/antagonistic about an SR on you and channeling that energy into aggressively questioning the person who SRs you is strongly indicative of towny OMGUS imo.

auro just feels like he’s trying to play around me and evade and dodge. I legit don’t understand what he was trying to achieve with that comment, unless it’s to make me look bad. then when I asked him to elaborate, he answered my questions with vagueries and questions. still no response on why he made the comment about posturing in the first place.
