for the record, it was mini normal 2135. i didn't push it at the time because i wanted to really see if i'm wrong and there was also the double miller claim fiasco, but you can look at my notes from that game, from your very first post i was like "...something is not right."

incidentally i'm more and more sure that luca is town here. and last time i was in a "confotwn in lylo-1" situation (and there was one scum left), i was dead sure on a player being town, but i managed to fuck up the gamestate enough that after i got killed, despite me repeatedly saying that that player was town, they got executed in mylo and we lost. which is why i have zero interest in creating an environment where luca is the likely execution tomorrow. so basically i'm never hanging elements today, and unless we're both alive tomorrow, i'm not interested in thinking about scum!luca. cheers.

this is an issue i keep having with npom this game. now, i know being illogical =/= being scummy. we've all seen town act illogically. but my god, this is so beyond everything that i have trouble believing it's genuine. deathnote was never wrong either? how is it still scummy if it's been literally proven luca does it as town a lot? like i really *want* to say i'm at ranny > ele now but like how do these posts not come from someone who is purposefully twisting facts around?

though i am vibing with the idea of scum!npom being unlikely to meta luca the way he did. sighhhh

There are potential mech clears on NPOM and (as I've said a number of times) his day one was very towny. I've been trying to hold on to my town read on NPOM basically the entire game because I'm rlly good at succumbing to recency bias. Like, if someone does one, in my eyes, garbage post, that can often sway my read on them.

This specifically is the wrong way to think about it. Do what you think is right now, and trust the players after you to sort out the rest. I’ve done something like this too where I didn’t go for the “best” elim because I knew I would die at night and I wanted to leave a plan for town, and it turns out I should have just done the obvious thing.

Anyway, I hope you’re able to let go of all those meta reasons for scum reading me, or at least not believe them so sincerely.
