I said all my reads are tonal thus far and based off meta - how are you reading them?

Oh I figured it was based on mech or something. I'm not sure how to read dunn, tone or otherwise. I have some ideas (I think he tries to gain influence over a town as scum) but others' inputs would be helpful.
