The rule of probability clearly shows that the higher percentages are actually less likely to end up scum. Conversely, the lower percentages are more likely to result in scummitude.

There's only two scum in this game. The quicker we can get rid of them, the quicker we can win. The percentage chances of each person will help us find the rest of the scum along with the people deflecting attention away from the obvscum LG.
