okay i think i solved it then.

i am not an informed townie. i actually technically am a cop myself. i'm an even-night traffic analyst. by checking someone, i can determine whether or not they're actually capable of private communication. i thought that taco was the odd-numbered one yesterday based on how it was worded, but it seems like town gets all of its power on the even nights now? idk. anyways, i checked taco last night, and he's not capable of private communication, so he's also technically confirmed town unless theres some really fucky bullshit going on.

my next deduction is a little bit of a stretch, but HEM was the gunsmith, right? what if him making a gun tied into lucifer claiming vig, and thats why there wasn't actually a shot?

assuming that dwlee, t3, me, taco, and MAYBE lucifer are confirmed town, and that manatee is a scum, that leaves us with three:

kyouko
zyla

the two remaining scum are within those three assuming that nobody is lying right now and that lucifer is actually a vigilante
